I love having Gemtek Homekeeping come clean my house every week. They do a fantastic job. They are punctual, trustworthy, and they leave my home clean and smelling wonderful.

I had been using them for over a year. I have had to complain about the poor quality of work on 6 different occasions. They discounted the next service and then would not clean what they missed last time. I have watched them and the cleaning crew does not follow what the web pages says will be deep cleaned. They have never cleaned my ceiling fans, moved small furniture to clean under or behind it. They do not clean light fixtures in the bathrooms which get covered in dust and damp, which sticks. I asked them to do this since they didn't and I paid for it. They forgot, even with a specific note. They said they did baseboards which they did not. I paid $300.00 to have my house deep cleaned, plus $75.00 to $93.00 PER WEEK! And they can't deep clean?

We had the GemTek people come the other day to do a deep cleaning. It was wonderful! Two really nice girls came and spent 4 hours in our small house. They cleaned fans, floorboards, dusted behind window blinds, they even did the oven and wiped out the refrigerator. I loved it. Even my husband said people would be crazy not to hire these guys when they move and need their house thoroughly cleaned. We aren't moving but we surely will call these guys when we do.

As lame as that sounds, Davis Building Services definitely delivers when it comes to cleaning and sanitization, and this is coming from someone who works with children. They cleaned and sanitized my place of business at the last minute (was fed up with the poor results of previous cleaning company, so let them go) and they did a better job for a better price.
