We have been using Green Lawn Care and Landscape for many years now. They not only maintain our lawn, they have also completed several landscaping projects including pavers, sprinkler work, new tree planting, replanting, edging and the list goes on. Eddie and his crew have always been hardworking, honest and reliable! They are a local company who stand behind their work. I would highly recommend them!

I initially got 4 quotes from different landscapers and Green Lawn Care & Landscape came up with the best solution for my drainage and landscape needs. They also beat out the others in price. Eddie came and quoted the job and is very friendly and gets down to business. They worked with us and our schedule which was wonderful. The crew, Rafael and Jamie, did outstanding work and were friendly and informative. Green Lawn Care & Landscape is a supreme local place to utilize for your landscape needs.

My wife first made contact with a few companies for a simple lawn aeration job at our rental home. She found Green to be the most responsive on the phone and they came out when they said and did a fine job. A few days later we decided we needed a bunch of other more involved work done on irrigation and grooming all of the dead branches out of two 50 year old pine trees.
We only called one place... Gary the president of Green came out and provided expert advice and we agreed to get the work done on a T&M ( my preference) basis. The two man crew came when Gary said they would and worked super hard with perfect results. The men were smart and courteous. All of my expectations were met and the cost was what I expected for top notch work. Thanks, I will use you again!

I work for a company that has 3 persons in an apt complex off Cole rd. They pay all their bills on their own.
Off their back patio is a hill , trees and it was nice grass. It does get a little wet in spots but this whole summer the grass was damaged and muddy ripped up. Its is uncalled for and No One ever came to fix it. Just barely cutting the grass and making mud wholes as fast as they can.

Green Lawn Care is an outstanding company with personal service. Gary and his team keep you updated on any job they do for you. We recently had a leak on our older sprinkler system on the Boise Bench. They were very quick to get it repaired and we expected to have a huge mess to repair after the leak fix. We couldn’t even tell they had been there, it was perfect!! Our water bill went down substantially too. Gary has taken care of my Mom’s home in Boise for over 35 years. She recently passed away and they have been excellent to work with as we got ready to but her home on the market. I personally recommend Gary and his company Green Lawn Care and Labdscaping!

Eddie was great to work with. Our back yard lawn was a mess due to shade, dogs, and poor watering. He gave excellent advice describing all the options. His bid was the best and most detailed from the 3 we got. The job got scheduled quickly and took even less time than estimated. Now we have a beautiful lawn that we will spend lots of time enjoying. I have been a customer with Green Lawn Care for years as I have employed them to handle the start up and blow out of my sprinkler system each year. This last year has been much more challenging. I needed to replace the main valves of the pressurized irrigation system, which involved removing a large Blue Spruce that was growing almost directly on the water main. Green Lawn Care handled it exactly like I wanted, but then I realized my front yard looked barren and need a facelift. I talked with Gary and explained what I wanted to do and he filled in the details with his knowledgeable advice.
I had them remove old bushes and stumps, regraded for water drainage, add new bushes and trees, new sod, new mow style curbing around the flower beds, add perma bark and topped it all off with a new sprinkler system. The project went so smoothly and easily I’m now disappointed I didn’t do it sooner. Gary did a fantastic job of keeping me updated with what was going on and what were waiting for... there was a slight delay (1 week) in getting the mow style curbing installed as that was a sub contracted job that Green Lawn Care didn’t have control over. Still not that big of a deal considering how great it looks now.
Many thanks to Gary and the Green Lawn Care crew. I will be using them in the future and I will not hesitate in recommending them to family and friends.

After trying several landscapers in the Valley, I'm glad we finally found Green Lawn Care. We needed our front yard put back together after construction work the prior fall. Eddie at Green Lawn Care returned my call right away and was out the next day to scope the work. Their bid was the most competitive (out of 4 companies) and a crew was out to fix my yard within 5 days of signing. Oscar and Dillon arrived right at 9am and did an outstanding job tearing up my damaged yard, re-grading and laying new sod - working well into the evening to finish everything that day. The whole team was friendly, professional, and very hard-working. Green Lawn Care is our new go-to for any future lawncare needs. Thank you!

Although I didn’t end up hiring Gary’s team to fix my backyard, he was incredibly gracious and helpful in answering my questions—especially since I know very little about yard work. If you’re on the fence about hiring him, don’t hesitate. It would absolutely be worth your time and effort.

I recently (March 2025) used this company for spring pruning and clean up, and was very pleased with the results. The crew was great. Actually, everyone I interacted with was efficient, friendly and professional.

We have had Green Lawncare handle our yard work for almost 20 years. This winter we became aware of a drainage problem, and we also wanted to stop using so much water in the summer. We had Green Lawncare completely re-do our yard, replacing grass with decorative stone and individually watered plants using driplines. One French drain and another drain to a pop-up overflow outlet cured the drainage problem. The yard looks beautiful -- we have received many compliments from our neighbors. Rafael was the lead, and he and Amador did great work. The paver entryway and back patio are very beautifully done.

We began using Green Lawn in 2017 when they did a big landscaping project for us. Since then, they have done another project for us. Both projects exceeded our expectations. We have continued to use their services for landscape maintenance, including:

- Seasonal tree and bush spraying and pruning
- Applications of lawn fertilizer, pesticide and fungicide
- Occasional pasture mowing
- Annual sprinkler blowouts

We have always been very pleased with their work, and especially appreciate that they do a very thorough clean up after every job.

The folks that we have interacted with from Green Lawn (especially Gary, Miguel and Rafael) have always given excellent advice and have been responsive, friendly and courteous. They have always shared reliable cost estimates with us, and we feel that the actual costs have been very much in line with the quality of the services provided.

Overall, we have been very pleased with the services provided to us by Green Lawn.

TLC came out to fix our sprinkler pump after they had not blown our sprinklers out correctly in the fall which caused the pump to break. The repair they did lasted one single day and resulted in our front lawn flooding. (Thank goodness our neighbor was home to turn it off!) After weeks of not returning phone calls or texts, we had to hire someone else to come fix the work they did. They could not return any of our messages, but they could send us invoice.

I would not recommend this company to any of my family or friends.

I hired Todd to do take care of some neglected irrigation and landscape changes I wanted to make. He responded in a timely manner and we negotiated a project plan to work within my budget. His crew is young but passionate about their work, compassionate and hard working. Andrew, Megan, Sydney, Connor and Phil were all awesome in their on ways and I appreciate all of their efforts. The project had some problems and snags but what doesn't these days. I'm glad I got the work done, it all looks much nicer and will take a lot less water and maintenance. Super great! Fast, easy and friendly

TLC has worked for us for at least 20 years. They have done some beautiful landscaping projects for us, and have occasionally helped us with sprinkler repairs. With things so busy in the area, we are really glad we can get help in the yard when we need it!

Update: 3, 6 and 9 months later we started having trouble with our water feature. They came out twice and repaired, but it continued to have issues. The third time, we've called and texted many time. Still no response. Soon our warranty will be up. I think that's what their counting on.
Very disappointing
We hired TLC to do a patio and water feature in our backyard along with redoing all the beds in the front yard. I was so impressed with the way they laid the stones for the patio. All stones were hand cut to fit and laid with only a 1" gap. It looks absolutely beautiful. They did a fantastic job.

Nate at TLC did a great job installing new sprinkler lines for me! I’ve worked with Todd at TLC ever since he opened his shop. I highly recommend TLC!

Hired TLC to renovate an existing bed in the back of our home. The project required that the crew had to be very careful not to hit our sprinkler system and some wiring for landscape lighting. The guys, Collin and Andrew, were good to work with and did a great job meeting expectations and beyond.
