Protec is the absolute best! We repotted some indoor plants and ended up bringing in fungus gnats with the new soil. They quickly multiplied and made us crazy. We tried everything to get rid of them on our own but had no luck. Protec came to our rescue and wiped out the gnats. They also sprayed outside our doors and windows to prevent spiders and other bugs from getting in. We haven't had a single spider in our house since! Brett is a true professional -- he's extremely knowledgable, reliable and guarantees his work. I especially love that they use products that are safe for kids and pets. I couldn't recommend Protec more!

Protec is awesome! They've taken good care of our yard and home for years now! Whenever we have an issue, they come and take care of it right away! Our spider problem, gone. Voles, gone! Any wasps or hornet nests and they come take care of those right away! We love Protec and won't ever use anyone else!

Love these guys! First used their service to have a hornets nest removed and they had it gone and cleaned up before I returned from work. Then we got infested with hobo spiders and I called them back. I went with the annual plan and they come out every 3 month and I haven't seen a spider for a year.

If you are looking for honesty, integrity and great service, look no further. Brett and his team are knowledgeable, amazing and takes good care of our home and yard. I wouldn't use any other service.

Brett was referred to me by my neighbor. When he called me back, he spent a great deal of time with me going over all of my needs, and explaining in detail how he would care for my fruit trees (I originally called regarding a possible rodent issue). He was knowledgeable and informative!! Matt came out to take a look at my possible rodent problem, and then called me with his findings. I asked him to take care of two extra things, and he said he would (which he did), and did them in the same week. Matt went above and beyond, in my opinion. I will absolutely use them in the future, and will recommend PROTEC to all of my family and friends. Thank you for excellent customer service!!!

Protec arrived on time and went right to work. The service was excellent and the technician answered any questions I had with a great deal of knowledge concerning pest control. Overall it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Protec Pest Control Services.

I’ve been with Protec for close to 3 years and wouldn’t give another company a second look based on Brett’s customer service, communication and the results I’ve received. I never have questions about my service because he explains everything wether it be a text email face to face conversation or an email. Only one time in 3 years I needed to call him back before my next scheduled service and he was there ASAP... when he brought Matt on board I expressed that I’d like his first visit during a time I’d be home so I could meet him and to no surprise Brett was there to introduce me. Integrity is rare now a days and I’m pleased to say Brett has proven himself to be trustworthy reliable and professional with the utmost integrity... Protec makes it possible for me to enjoy my beautiful home inside and out without unwanted surprise critters... FIVE STARS + Hands down !!!

I called Protec on 10/28/2020 after speaking to numerous other companies that were over priced for the same service. I needed someone this week. Matt answered the phone. He was very knowledgeable about the business of pest control, where as everyone else I spoke to had customer service reps taking calls, that had ZERO knowledge of pest control or the chemicals used. Matt set up service for me and had a gentleman named Mario out the very next morning (today 10/29/2020). They set me up with quarterly visits for 95.00 a visit, and touch up visits in between if needed. I will use Protec going forward for pest control needs in the spring and summer as well as their lawn program. These guys are prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

I've been using ProTec for well over 4yrs and have been incredibly happy with their service, professionalism and unrelenting commitment to resolve an issue. We had an on-going rodent problem and tried several different pest control companies but none of them could find the problem. ProTec was the only company that spent the time to really check through all the possible options and finally found the problem! After that, we signed up for quarterly service and it has been worth it. They have helped out with wasps and other rodents that were causing havoc. The team is always very professional and provides quality service. Highly recommend ProTec for any pest related issues.

Customer service is superior from day one! Professional, personal! They really treat people right and make sure that the customer is getting the absolute best service. The staff are wonderdul! Today, after spraying around our house for pests, Brett took time and chatted with my little boys and showed them lots of cool pictures of bugs he's seen while on the job! A little boys dream! Brandon came to spray for pests at the time I was expecting him. He was kind, courteous, cute and easy to speak with. He explained where he would be spraying and made sure to let me know that if we have any issues to give them a call. I’m hopeful that my ants and black widows are gone!

Brett has been very thorough and professional on each visit. We have used Protec for over a year now - and I can see a big difference from when I was struggling to keep the bugs away. No bugs at all inside.

After being home a few weeks with a newborn baby, my spouse and I woke up being bombarded by black ants. In the kitchen and in the bathroom and hallways. I called Protec Pest Control Services and talked to Brett who’s customer service was phenomenal. This coming from someone who works in retail. He explained the entire process eloquently and signed me up for the service that best fit my specific needs. Matt the technician came out to service my house THE SAME DAY! Matt did an excellent job answering and explaining everything. These guys and this company seem to know what they are doing and realize that retaining their customers is how you keep a business going and I certainly won’t defer from that. Gotta love businesses that just “gets it” thank you!

Brett was very professional and gave me same day service. Very impressed with his promptness and knowledge of this industry as well. I received a quote from Orkin prior to calling Protec. They wanted to charge me 50% MORE. Spiders and ants have disappeared! Highly recommend for quality, price and service! :)

The owner is a really wonderful person. I came at him extremely upset and he went above and beyond to rectify a situation he didn’t deserve such a negative response to. Protec has 5 stars for a reason.
