I recently had a nightmare experience with my old Rheem water heater. Despite the parts being under warranty, shipping delays and missing components made a repair impossible. Buss stepped in and gave me a fantastic deal on a new, more reliable unit instead.
Kevin did an awesome job; he really listened to my frustrations and went out of his way to make sure I was happy before he left. I also spoke with a manager who was equally great. This is exactly why I switched to this company a few years ago—they actually make their customers feel important. Highly recommend!

I had Braden come over to fix a leak in a bathroom,put a toilet and new sinks and faucets in a bathroom. He was very quick to get the job done and even fixed my front door handle on his way out. He went above and beyond what I expected. The price was so reasonable. I plan to ask for him whenever I need any plumbing done. Thank you Braden!

I'm very pleased with the service we received. We though there might be a gas leak at my daughters house. The man who came out really went the extra mile to check everything inside and out and make sure all was safe and connected properly.

Buss Mechanical (Chris) is completeing a job our contractor did not finish for 2 bathrooms. He is also fixing new kitchen plumbing that was done incorrectly for our sink and garbage disposal, we also had a leak at the valve. Should of called Buss Mechanical first. Ryan @ Buss Mechanical came to our building and fixed a broken water heater in one unit and replace another one ALL in a few hours. I just received texts from both tenants who are thrilled that their issues were fixed so fast. Best customer service ever!!!!
