I recently had a nightmare experience with my old Rheem water heater. Despite the parts being under warranty, shipping delays and missing components made a repair impossible. Buss stepped in and gave me a fantastic deal on a new, more reliable unit instead.
Kevin did an awesome job; he really listened to my frustrations and went out of his way to make sure I was happy before he left. I also spoke with a manager who was equally great. This is exactly why I switched to this company a few years ago—they actually make their customers feel important. Highly recommend! -

I had Braden come over to fix a leak in a bathroom,put a toilet and new sinks and faucets in a bathroom. He was very quick to get the job done and even fixed my front door handle on his way out. He went above and beyond what I expected. The price was so reasonable. I plan to ask for him whenever I need any plumbing done. Thank you Braden!
