John was very kind and professional. Express plumbing was going to charge me 533 dollars for a clogged toilet. John came and pressure flushed it for free ! and he even put a toilet otter down to make sure it was clear. He gave exactly the kind of service you would want and expect. He knew what he was doing and is not going to swindle you. A real top quality old fashioned personable employee. They just dont make them like John anymore. I can really rely on John and Elite Rooter in Idaho! Thanks you guys! 👍☺️😽

Fabulous and thorough service. Both professional and kind people who make sure the work is of high quality. We worked with Isaiah and Richard on kitchen plumbing issues and they resolved issues both day-of on site and the following day. In essence: fast, informed service from kind people — who could want more ?

Chris was personable, professional, and explained each step he took to clear our drain line. He thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the entire work area before he left. The total price was very affordable and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Andrew and Kenny were prompt and super professional! When many other plumbing companies were overbooked, Elite Rooter was able to get a team out to us within a few hours. Every interaction was courteous and they took extra special care of our property — wearing shoe coverings and laying down paper, cleaning every surface after they finished. Just great folks too, nice to talk to. They replaced a portion of our pipe, fixed our clog issues and hydro-jetted our system. 5 stars, would definitely recommend.

While I had hopes that my project would be the inexpensive drain clearing that qualified under the offer--it turned out to be much more complicated. I was very impressed with how quickly the company got in touch with me and the urgency with which they scheduled their visit. While it turned out not to be something that could be done at the first visit, they were extremely meticulous about putting down brown paper to protect my hallway and carpet, which is a professional touch. They covered their shoes with protective booties, and returned early the next morning to finish the job. While it ended up costing much more than I anticipated that appeared to be the scope of the work being much broader than the simple kitchen-drain issue that I thought I had. They also cleared out the line from the washing machine, which has posed problems a few times though it has been a year or so since it did though there were definitely signs of an issue there, too. Each of the three fellows who were here were very professional and courteous and seemed very eager to share information and their findings, including showing me what they were seeing on the camera. I was impressed that one of the fellows was a General Contractor (GC) who had considerable knowledge and was able to explain things clearly.

So, sticker shock? Yes, though I felt that they kept me apprised of their progress and findings along the way so I felt they did a great job at substantiating their work. I also appreciated that they they cleaned up after the project was done instead of leaving an unsightly mess--which was a very nice touch. Being punctual was a great start though the thorough nature of their communications and follow-through also was a big help. I felt that they truly did what they could to keep the project scope and charges down as much as possible even though the project ended up being bigger. They offer a senior discount that was also appreciated, as well!

Isaiah and Dennis went above and beyond. I had a leaky tub faucet and they made sure to do what was needed to take care of it. They were on time and stayed late to get the job done, were transparent, honest and extremely helpful in educating me to save me time and money in the future. I would absolutely recommend using them.

James was amazing to work with. My outdoor spigot repair was more complicated than expected and he handled the situation with professionalism and got the job done right. Overall a great experience and will continue to use Elite for our plumbing needs.

Loved my service from Elite Rooter. My technician was Johnathan Newton and he did an incredible job. Helped immediately and kept me informed the whole time. From the second he got there he walked me through everything and saved me money. Love this company already. Will be going to Elite for similar issues from now on

Isaiah and Dennis were both fantastic. They are so friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions and offered solutions to my problems. They treat you like family. This is the second time I have used Elite Rooter come out and I would highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs.

The scheduler who answered the phone was polite and professional and gave me an appointment the same morning. Within 10 minutes Andrew called to give me an arrival time and was even a few minutes early when he got here along with Dennis.
Andrew was very personable and also made sure my floor was protected and that no mess was left behind. He did a great job and I couldn't be happier.
Dennis was also friendly and gave me suggestions on preventative measures but was not pushy and was respectful of my decisions.
I highly recommend Elite Rooter and believe them to be an honest business no pressure plumbing contractor.

I hired a contractor to installed my flooring in the laundry room. So I had to remove the washer and dryer so he can work on the floor. I shut the main water valve from the city into the house. I removed the washer and dryer and notice the valve to the washer was still leaking a little bit. So, I decided to call Elite Rooter and they showed fast and promptly. When entering the house, the Tech James Owners did an outstanding job. It was not a little job, when I moved into the house apparently the valves for the washer were not up to code. He (James Owens) put booties on his shoes so he won’t get the house dirty. Also James ask me permission to come into the house. James had his hand full, but go it done in a timely manner. Also, talk to Dennis Green and he gave me a fair estimate especially with the economy and inflation going on in the world. Yes I would hire this company again.

I called with a bathroom sink faucet issue. James Owens was out to my home within an hour. He was professional, Did an exceptional job and cleaned up every drop of water. Thank you James for a job well done.

They were quick and did great work… although it was a bit pricey in my opinion!
Isaiah was our tech and he was great… super friendly and patient with our dogs as well! He provided great customer service and explained things so they made sense to me who knows very little about plumbing.

Great company to work with. They were super accommodating with a change in schedule and arrived promptly when scheduled. Thomas was very friendly and professional. He made sure he understood my concerns/issues and talked me through all of my options. I also really appreciated his transparency in pricing and that I didn’t feel like I was being oversold on anything. We will use Elite Rooter for any future plumbing needs and give 5 stars to Thomas and Dennis for their great customer service!

My kitchen sink was clogged. Had used Drano twice and ZEP once. Had the pipes all cleaned inc. the drain pipe up to 15 ft. Was concerned there might be a more serious issue. Called Elite Rooter. Jose H. and Johny came out within hours. They put a rug down outside the front door, put plastic coverings over their shoes, a blanket on the floor where they were working and set their equipment on it to prevent scratching the floor. We discussed the issue. Their equipment would reach to 100 ft. Within 15 minutes the clog was cleared. Jose and Johny were professional, personable, and solved the issue. They cleaned up after themselves, as well. To be able to use my kitchen sink again was such a great relief. If you have a clog that you cannot clear, I would recommend Elite Rooter in a heartbeat. To top it all off, the office staff was pleasant and professional.

Chris was professional and had my kitchen drain fixed quickly. He came over late in the day and I appreciated his service in fixing my drain on a Friday night! I highly recommend Elite Rooter and Chris for your plumbing repairs.

Mark came by to try and help us locate a drip I’ve been hearing on the house for the last month or so. He was very polite, professional, responsible, and made some suggestions without trying to upsell. I really felt like a valued customer even though it was an inspection. I will consider Elite for my plumbing needs on the future, especially with great service folks like Mark working for this company. Thank you again.

Augustin and Miguel from Elite Rooter were very professional, responsive, and efficient in helping us address an urgent plumbing issue. They worked quickly over several days to perform a complicated replacement of 60+ year old cast iron and ceramic pipes that had completely collapsed under our garage. We did not have to dig up the garage foundation which was a tremendous cost and time saving. Best of all, they were very personable and made the entire experience stress free. When the work was done, it was like they had never been here at all. Highly recommend Elite Rooter, especially Augustin and Miguel.
