McDaniel Plumbing came and replaced a garbage disposal for me. I was very happy with their services. I called around and they had the best price. The receptionist was very friendly, and the plumber was very respectful. I will definitely use them again and recommend them!

Had a stopped up toilet that created a problem for our washing machine and kitchen sink to back up as well. Chris McDaniel came out at exactly the time he said he would and diagnosed the problem. It wasn’t a blockage in the sewer pipe, It was poor installation of the sewer pipes by the original builder of the home. Chris rectified the problem and everything is good! I would highly recommend McDaniel Plumbing for any of your residential plumbing needs!

Chris and his team saved the day once again! We’d found McDaniel Plumbing about five years ago when we came home to a river flowing out of the garage - our hot water heater, the headwaters. It was easy to select Chris from the estimates I’d quickly gotten the next morning based on his professionalism alone, but his pricing is fair, as well! This time, our water service line gave out. Chris was able to get to the site and provide an estimate within hours of my call and was over first thing the next morning to replace it. Definitely recommend making Chris your first call for your plumbing needs.

Chris McDaniel of McDaniel Plumbing installed a new water heater for us this week. He & his assistant were pleasant, capable, and efficient. I greatly appreciated Chris' knowledge & experience in deciding between tank & tankless heaters - and this time, the far simpler tank replacement won out. Chris and his team did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. They replace all of the old polybutylene plumbing in my house - I had 3 leaks under the house in the last 3 years. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

I had a water heater issue, and McDaniel Plumbing came out incredibly fast and took care of my issue within hours of discovery. They then came out a second time to install a water softener for my house. I didn't catch the names of the first crew, but they were professional and prompt. The receptionist I talked to on the phone was also very personable and helpful. Finally, Dustin came out and installed the water softener. Dustin, like everyone before him, was incredibly professional, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I won't hesitate to call McDaniel Plumbing next time I have an issue!

I'd highly recommend McDaniel Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. They are professional, polite, and responsive. Very friendly crew. I've had them repair a separated under sink drain line and switch out multiple plumbing fixtures throughout the house. They also made some changes to my hot water heater and gave some recommendations for care and maintenance. Taking on your own repairs isn't recommended unless you really know what you're doing. Professional repair and installation goes a long way in terms of longevity.

Scheduled my first appt and was told someone would be here between 11am and 5pm. After waiting hours for a "we're on our way" call that never came, at 4 pm I finally called them. Receptionist didn't know what was going on so reached out to the technicians, which I do appreciate. She did call back at 4:15 to try and send someone out by 4:30/4:45.

But in my experience, it's a bad sign to be having these problems this early into a professional service. I shouldn't have to reach out to them with less than an hour left, they need to call customers and advise if they're running late. I burned almost an entire day waiting for them which is incredibly frustrating. How hard is it to call by 3 or 3:30 to let a customer know it'll probably be closer to 5 when you get there?
