We started using SavATree back 2023 after years of trying to fight back diseases and pests ourselves. Further, we have really clay heavy soil and a lot of our trees and shrubs were not growing well, if at all, and we sadly lost a 6 year old tree to a fungus. SavATree helped us identify some bushes we could remove that were particularly susceptible to disease (and spreading it) and we signed up for their disease and pest treatment as well as their fertilizer plan -- I am overjoyed that we have absolutely seen the benefits in our landscaping. Our plants are thriving and our yard looks really vibrant. One of our spruce trees finally started growing again and has about two feet of new growth in the last couple of years. We have worked with SavATree arborists Zach and Tyler and they have both gone above and beyond to help diagnose issues and educate us as homeowners. If a tree is not doing well I feel really fortunate that I can call and have someone come take a look which has definitely helped us catch things early if needed -- all without upselling or inflating non-issues into costly problems. Half the time it turns out the plants are fine or I can make some minor adjustment to watering schedules or pruning.

Boise Tree workers were very professional and helpful. Our spruce tree was falling over, coming up at the roots. They were able to work our tree into the schedule before it fell and caused damage to the fence and nearby home. The workers worked quickly and cleaned up the area very well. It just took them about an hour. Great work for the price.

I have used Boise Save A Tree twice now. Both jobs were done very very well. the most recent was a smaller job. they cam out very quickly, gave me a timely quote, and an appointment within a very short time. they are flexible and work very well with their clients. there results are terrific and will always listen to the customer as the work is going on and take input while balancing what might harm the tree. great job!

They arrived promptly, started work right away, did a GREAT job of trimming a very big maple tree--got rid of lots of dead branches and small limbs, removed a large broken branch that had been hanging from up high. They were very careful not to damage the lawn, and left the yard clean by picking up all the leaves and small limbs. Every one was very polite and friendly. Very professional! I would HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I had a fall fertilization at my house. Conner was great, polite and thorough. He called before arriving and performed the work with no disruption. Highly recommended!

Sage and David arrived on time, they were professional, professionally, dressed for their task. Took care preparing my lawn for their heavy equipment.
They worked closely together, one in the tree one on the ground. Their cleanup was perfect.

River and Joel did a fantastic job with both a tree removal and a trim for us. They were courteous, highly efficient and cleaned up great after. I was impressed with both the quality and the speed of the work, with everything done in under 2.5 hours. This is our second time using Boise Tree and will certainly reach out to them again for tree work!

I had a large Arborvitae removed from my property in October 2025. The team was fantastic, from providing the estimate to scheduling the work to completing the project. Everyone I interacted with was exceptional. The cleanup was top notch! Every last needle was cleaned up. I couldn’t be happier. And apparently, my tree was infested with black widows and hobo spiders. They were crawling on the team as they were taking down the tree, which is going way above and beyond! I would have fled to the hills! Thank you SavATree!

This is the second time I have called SaveATree about a young flowering Crabapple. They took a sample leaf, had it analyzed and got back to me the next day with the results. No charge. Later new leaves were covered with was powdery mildew which I treated and thought was eradicated. After the leaves fell in the fall, I noticed a fine powdery like film on the new growth that looked very similar to the the powdery mildew. I googled it and was advised to prune any affected branch. I was devastated. There wouldn't be anything left but the trunk! I needed SaveATree to confirm my lay diagnosis and tell me what had to be cut! Lewis, an arborist, arrived that afternoon. He assured me that new wood on the crabapple was supposed to look exactly like that. The coating was natural and the tree looked healthy. Thank goodness I had an expert look at it before I grabbed the pruners! Both arborists were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. A company with so much good will. Their initial visit is free which is amazing in this day and age. They only charge if they need to doctor the tree. I am so grateful for this business.

This was the second time I had this crew. The first time an 80 ft elm over my rental. This time a 60 foot ornamental pear over my guest cabin, hot tub and house. This tree unfortunately likes to shed large limbs. Both trees in tight locations. The crew removed both professionally, no damage to structures and cleaned up very well. A positive hard working crew.

My crabapple tree was nicely shaped today. The team was super easy to work with, made sure I was satisfied with the trim and made adjustments where requested. They did a superb job cleaning up the yard. Left the yard looking better than when they arrived for the job! This is my second time using this service and will for sure use again!

Tyler and team came out to remove a huge cottonwood tree that had died. It was HUGE. They took the tree down in one day and came back the next day and ground the stump. They did an amazing job! Brought lots of machinery and equipment but it didn’t even look like they were after they left except the tree was gone. I will recommend highly to anyone looking a tree removal services.

The team is completely made up of certified arborists. This knowledgeable group came to our yard right on time and serviced 10 trees. After being in our house for 30 years with trees serviced every other year, they were by far the best company we’ve ever had. Not only that, they taught us so much about our established trees to help understand how to keep up with them and keep them healthy. At the end of the project they cleaned up the yard and all their equipment so you’d never know they were here. I can’t recommend them enough.

Work was done safely and thoroughly. Crew arrived on time and performed all services as outlined in the work order/estimate. This was the third time we've used Boise Tree-SavATree for residential tree work, and we have been very pleased each time. We recommend them highly.

Kevin's crew is great. They did a good job. They helped clear branches away from my house from my neighbor's massive trees. This was no easy feat. Both trees were huge and hanging over half my yard. Seeing them imb a thirty foot tree was kinda neat. They were professional and used the proper gear for all aspects of the job.They even help clean up afterwards. Very nice. Thank you! I would call them again if needed in the future.

Gus and his crew took care of two of my homes today. They were very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing trees trimmed up or removed. We will definitely be using them again. Good job guys.
