Fantastic customer service! Had a tree emergency on a holiday weekend. I got a call back within an hour, an arborist was at my house that evening, tree was removed by noon the next day. Except for the missing tree, you would never know they were there. Very professional. So impressed!

This business is hands down the best tree removal company that I have ever dealt with, unequivocally. We had a tree that was precariously located alongside a vinyl fence that was leaning top heavy into neighbors yard. We had tried everything possible we could to remove it, without damaging property, getting hurt, or worse, it falling and damaging the neighbors property. Unfortunately, it was beyond our reach, and an injury was suffered, trying to do the right thing ourselves to remove the beast. I called 8 companies, and many did not answer or return my phone calls for help. In fact only 2 did. Eli, immediately messaged and information was exchanged to get the tree removed. He said he would be there, same day, and quoted a very fair price. Not to mention, having to deal with a neighbor that did not want to help, or cooperate to help alleviate a tree that could damage their property. Eli and Gabriel did a flawless, professional job with this project in 1 hour flat, despite a uncooperative neighbor, and extenuating circumstances that made this very challenging. We absolutely without hesitation, will give them business again, and highly recommend these professionals. No damage, flawless tree fall Gabriel. Masters at their Trade!

I used these guys for 2 projects. 1) removal of a tall dead tree and 2) a complete overhaul of my front yard landscape. In both cases, start to finish, I was impressed with the professionalism, conscientiousness, and execution. Pricing was very fair, and on the large job, the project actually came in under budget. From the Owner to the entire crew, I felt nothing but confidence and trust. These guys delivered on everything (plus). I highly recommend them... No company deserves our business - that right is earned (they have earned mine). On the flip side, I will say, I deserve their type of amazing service, and I'm guessing if you have read this far, you do too.

The crew that cut down my very large elm tree. Located in a very tight location in back yard. They cut down that tree with speed and highly profeshionaly. I highly recomend them. Job exyremely well done

About a week ago my cat got too adventures and got to high up into a try and was very unsure how to get down. I called and asked if that was a survive they could provide. And they agreed! Unfortunately my cat took an unsure step wrong and fell out of the tree before the team arrived. But I’m 100% confident that they would have been able to safely get my cat and bring her back to safety. *the cat is OK. We had couch cushions around the tree anticipating a fall.

We had a large branch break off our pear tree on a Thursday night. Woke up to a mess Friday morning. I called On The Block and Eli was responsive and sent an arborist out next day to help. Overall they were great communicators, honest and knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Prices were fair too after I had spoken to a few other companies. Would definitely recommend!
