Friendly, professional, communicative technicians. Cleaned up after tree/bushes removals. Showed care for my property throughout the 2 hour job. I’ve used Parker Tree service often, and pleased every time. I highly recommend Parker Tree Service.

Great job. The scheduler was very helpful in getting my project scheduled. The guys who came were very professional. They removed the trees, while being very careful of my drip line, decorative pots, and all other non-tree items. They are quick and efficient. They have done other projects for us in the past as well. I highly recommend Parker Tree Services!

The Best Tree Service with every kind of specialist! They have skilled Climbers, Arborists, a Plant Health Care division, and an operating office! Best tree service in Caldwell Idaho!

They did beautiful work with very overgrown trees and bushes. My apple tree, mountain ash, lilacs and boxwood look clean and ready for Spring. They did an amazing job with trimming, pruning, clean up and hauling it all away. I would definitely recommend using them!

Parker Tree Service: Professional, Knowledgeable, On-Time, and Easy Financing! First we got a quote for what we needed done. The guys arrived at our home in Wilder at 8:30 am. We had a large 35ft pine tree in the front yard that needed to go and a huge 100ft tree at the back of our property that needed to be cut back. They also took out two 15ft volunteer trees and trimmed back two of our 30ft maple trees in the back yard. The areas were raked and cleaned up and they were done around 1pm. It was well worth the cost to have all that work done! Would highly recommend this company! Financing made it very easy too!

I would absolutely recommend Parker Tree Service! Communication was great from the second I requested a quote online. Had phone and a quote within the week. I had huge messy pine tree in the front of my house I needed gone. The crew showed up and got right to work. Within an hour tree was down. They cleaned up all the mess around and you wouldn’t even know they were here.

We had some trees that were not doing well, and we asked these folks to come out and give us a bid to get them back on track. Maybe get us a plan to treat them for whatever issues they had until they’re healthy. They said great, they came out, and they said they would send us a treatment plan to try to save our trees (two total). Never sent a plan, but sent a bill for a quote that we never received???

They planted the trees on top of a mound they created and when the soil began to fall off and expose roots their first suggestion was to nail 2 × 4's to my wood fence to hold the soil in place! I insisted on "no" and had them replanted the correct level which should have been done the first time.
Be warned. Tree removal is great, but their new landscaping service is a mess. Horrible communication, below standard service, total lack of direction and accountability.

I purchased six evergreens and paid $4,105 for all and related water irrigation. I promptly paid in full.

Three died within 1 year of planting because of incorrect planting.

They fixed the planting of the three remaining trees. No "transplanting" occurred.

They say they have a one year warranty but will not honor for the three trees that died within the 1 year warranty because of the "transplanting" which did not actually occur. By the way, the so called "transplanting" happened after the three trees died, so this makes no sense.

They refuse to provide me with a copy of their warranty. They still refuse to provide a copy of the invoice after I promptly paid. I have my bank records, but still....I held up my end of the deal. Too bad they won't. I have not talked to the owner who replied to this review. He has not one detail straight. He has been greatly misinformed by his employees. Mistakes were made and wants me to pay and absorb the costs associated with those mistakes by cheating me out of the warranty.

Be warned. No warranty on trees. I spent over $1,000 and three of the of six trees died. They were not planted correctly. Was happy with prior tree removal and trimming service. But tree purchase and planting went bad. Most places across the nation offer 12 month warranty. Not these guys. So disappointing when you're a good honest customer thinking that you are doing business with the same.
