Kenny and his assistant, Lane, provided exceptional service for our kitchen remodel. They are professional, knowledgable, and dependable. We genuinely enjoyed having them in our home. Kenny takes pride in his work and that shines through in his attention to detail. He and Lane responded on short notice on several occasions. We really admired their work ethic through the entire process. Without a doubt, they are the electricians that we will trust for all our future needs.

I called Kenny about my electrical problem on Saturday. He called me back within minutes of leaving a message. I told him the problem I was having and he was at my house quickly. That's great service on a Saturday too. Kenny identified the problem and had me up and running explaining the wires and outlet that was causing me lots of grief. I work with many contractors through the years and Kenny is definitely in the top tier of his profession. He has an apprentice that I was really impressed with. We had a great experience w Kenny at Certified Electric from start to finish. He set up our generator to run our panel and added 3 new dedicated circuits for a sauna and several heaters. He came right out to make an estimate in person and came in very comparable to other estimates we had. (However others just did it over the phone which made us worry about increase costs.) He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He left our home just as he found it. We've had bad experiences with other contractors on projects in the past but with Certified Electric all expectations were beyond met. We highly recommend him and we'll definitely be using him again.

Kenny took on a job for me that he originally estimated would take about eight hours, even though it’s usually a two-day project. It ended up taking longer because he was careful and thorough, and I really appreciated that. He stayed working until almost midnight just to make sure my family had power. I called Certified Electric after reading the Facebook reviews. As I informed Kenny of my issue he asked that I send several photos for clarification, brand of panel and photo of breakers. He then proceeded to ask several questions ending with steps to correct the issue. That kind of help just doesn’t seem to happen anymore but Kenny was factual and honest. I will pass along my experience and recommend his service to anyone in need. I appreciate your help Kenny.
