Horrible customer service. For a small mom-and-pop store I would have expected much better customer service. We'll go to Home Depot or Lowe's next time.

They take very good care of their animals treat them well feed them well and put them in good environments much better than Petco

I get my propane here and infrequently other things. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable , but their prices tend to be higher than other options for gardening supplies and pet supplies in my opinion

Very wonderful people! My wife and I couldn't afford a Christmas tree this year and they said "no problem we will give you a tree for free"! Praise the Lord for the employees of Zamzows! We cant thank them enough! Thank you,thank you,thank you!!!!

They did not have any paper or plastic trash bags. The clerk charged two petunias as geraniums and argued they perinnals. They did not have any thing for a pound in regards to water features.
I went out of my way to shop there. I WILL NOT GO BACK.

I came in to find out what I could do about caterpillars in my fruit from my fruit trees. The staff was very helpful and authoritative. We'll have to wait till the end of the growing season to find out how the product worked.

Every time I get an animal at Zamzows, it is always sick. I just had a rat pass away after 8 months due to a very aggressive cancer. Almost every other rat I've gotten from Zamzows has sneezing and respiratory problems that I've had to go to the vet and get them treated for. All of my friends who have gotten rats there have noticed the exact same thing. I will not be buying any more rats there and if you're considering getting a rat, don't get it from Zamzows. It's usually the breeders fault, but Zamzows chooses to sell them anyway, even though they've probably gotten complaints. Other than that, Zamzows is a pretty good store with good customer service, but I will not be shopping there.

They had an awesome selection of indoor plants. If you are looking for rare house plants, check out this location.

Had multiple great experiences with the Zamzows in Eagle, from healthy chickens and great chicken feed, to products for lawn and garden. The staff have been super helpful and friendly!
Also, a special plug for Zamzows Pepper Popper product, an absolute MUST for growing peppers in our Idaho soil.

Went for the first time to Zamzows, and it was amazing! I had no idea where anything was, but they immediately saw that I needed help and helped me. They gave me a recommendation for my cat and he loves it! Thank you to who ever helped me today, I did not get his name

I purchased a nelsons milksnake that had been a long term resident there. I wanted to let the staff know he is doing good and living the high life in my colubrid collection. I appreciated that the kind lady helping me did let me know how skittish he is. He seemed to enjoy my company and calmed down a little bit for me. Also he did eat and shed for me after a day in his new enclosure! I dont have a name for him yet, but hes definitely warming up to me. I can tell he is a well bred snake that has alot of handling potential. I advise anyone if they're going to buy a reptile from anywhere to do all needed research as some pet stores may have incorrect info or enclosures on display!

**READ BEFORE BUYING HOUSEPLANTS**

I love Zamzows and will forever be a customer. Their staff is so kind and helpful, it's a very relaxing place to be. Especially since expanding their houseplants selection I've been a frequent flier at many of the locations in the valley. Many of the locations offer plants from the same supplier as Franz Witte for a fraction of the cost and I have been guilty of going a little crazy with my collection 😜

HOWEVER

This location does not use the Beau Chateau supplier and their greenhouse is absolutely infested with pests. In one quick pass through I found mealybugs on the false aralias, black aphids on the ferns in such numbers that the plants were dying, and misc victims of what look to be thrips damage. Pests are notoriously difficult to be rid of in greenhouses--and short of tossing their entire inventory and blasting the empty room with insecticidal soap, they won't have a way to sell pest-free plants, ever. If you buy a houseplant from here you will need to quarantine and treat it.

Good people here, especially Vinny. Great, helpful guy who’s always a joy to work with. One of my favorite retail people in the entire valley. Helped me get propane the other day and was reminded that he’s the man. Also very good with my young son. Just a good dude. Management, if you see this, please thank Vinny for doing such a good job.

They are professional and honest about the pets they are selling. Animals look healthy, not crowded, and cared for. The care of the reptiles far exceeds that at other stores in the area: they do not cohabitate incompatible animals. Size and care requirements are very clear. This is the only pet store chain in the whole valley that will openly sell you feeder rodents. The dog stuff there is just what is durable and practical.

Very helpful staff, they had lots of choices for bird food and dog food.
