Friendly, responsive, and professional. Showed up as promised , and on time. Mica did a great job. Spent time doing a thorough walk through for the estimate and the carpets turned out great. Highly recommend if you live in the treasure valley.

The service was scheduled quickly. Mica is super friendly. The cleaning looked so good I wished I wished I had done it sooner. The price is reasonable. I’m very happy with them and would highly recommend their service.

Mica is the owner of Eagle Carpet Pros and who we dealt with specifically. He is fantastic! He came in before the service and gave us all the details of what he felt needed to be done (including cost, time frame, pet stains, etc). I never felt any pressure or feeling of an upsell. Just honest and professional. The level of service and the results he provided was so much better than any other carpet cleaning company we have ever used it's almost as if he's just on an entire different level! From the consolation, to the text we received before he arrived, to the results we never imagined possible (based on past experiences we have had with other companies), Eagle Carpet Pros is, in our opinion, the best of the best! Thank you, Mica! :) We will continue to use Eagle Carpet Pro for all of our carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.
