My water heater wasn’t working. Ben from Ted Dumont HVAC came to fix it. He found and corrected the issue right away! Ben was very polite and very friendly from the moment he took my service call! Ben was VERY ACCOMMODATING in his service to me!!!-Ben, I can’t thank you enough for that!!! I was completely satisfied with my service!!! I would definitely use Ted Dumont HVAC again! -And I highly recommend Ted Dumont HVAC!!!

Adam gave me EXCEPTIONAL service!!! He was very friendly and polite!!! He thoroughly explained to me what the problem with my AC unit was in terms I could understand. I called them in the am and within 2 hours someone was at my home. Ben introduced himself and got to work right away. I have these terrible barking dogs in the way and he was just so patience and calmed the dogs down before he starting working. Ben found the issue, fixed it and installed a new thermostat for us at our request. Very polite and did a great job. When I got the bill I was even more pleased! Do yourself a favor and just Call these guys first!

Another great review for Ben Velasquez here! Dude pulled up and went straight to asking questions and troubleshooting lickety-split.
He gave me a couple options on parts replacement.
We came to a decision and he went and chased down parts and got the A/C back on like it was nothing.
Awesome! I'll definitely use Ben and TD again!
