Electrical reviews in Hayden, Idaho

Amazing Crew!

Helped me and my Family. Thanks, appreciate the oppurtunity. May the God of Jacob bless you.

I'm always amazed as to how fast they respond. There have been several times, that they have came the same day even if it's not an emergency. I call them everytime. I have been using them for 3 years now and have never been disappointed.

I am proud to support this veteran owned company. These guys came in a lower bid than than the other company, and were much more professional. They have a complete background on all the latest electrical and electronic materials. I wouldn't look any farther for another company, they are the best electricians I have ever met. - Retired Facilities Engineer - Mike Moore.

What a great experience working with this company! Sherman, Blake, and John were all very professional from start to finish. Sherman bid the job and provided four options for us. The bid was immediate, very clear, and we were able to respond online. They kept us informed through texts. John and Blake arrived ON TIME to install our new/larger fuse panel, home surge protection and EV charger. All this was completed in two days with minimal mess, noise, and disruption. Very happy with the results. We would recommend this company over and over!

I am so please with the work of this team. They promptly answered all of my questions, completed work quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job would absolutely recommend.

Timely, practical and honest folks! Sherman gave us great service and a no nonsense approach. We appreciate the candor and willingness to go out of the way to help!

Can’t say enough about this company!! I live in Reno, had called another company to do the job and after a no-call no-show I contacted Tactical Electric. From the office (Chaylia) taking down what we needed done in a short amount of time, they made it happen!! They were down people and didn’t make excuses, went way above and beyond, my brother and I are forever grateful. With all of the stress of losing our dad and the issues with the Condo you made the process of this a pleasure. I hope Tactical nothing but success!!

Tactical Electrical installed a Genrac generator for me,and did an amazing job! Everyday of the job ran seamlessly. Sherman and his team were on time, courteous, professional, and super effective on price.I cannot express my appreciation for all their hard work!

Scheduling was extremely easy and the lady I spoke with was very friendly and accommodating. She was able to fit me in on the same day. Sherman arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and then presented me with some options. Once we agreed on the path forward, he executed the work swiftly and showed me everything he did afterwards. Would certainly recommend Tactical Electric.

Tactical did a large job for me. Full basement wiring and lots of little additions and repairs. I am super happy with their work, integrity and just honest friendship. No question I will be using them in the future.

We have had a couple different jobs on parts of the home and from start to finish its been good communication and friendly workers. We are building a fresh kitchen in the basement and its been great being able to ask questions as i do my own steps around their work.

They attended to what we wanted done well, Sherman is very thorough with his quotes and knowledgable. Derek and the apprentice with him worked efficiently and polite during their 3 days with us.

This is a group we would highly recommend and work with on other projects, including projects my wife may be doing design work for clients.

Thank you again for your attention to detail, communication, and efficiency.

We have had Tactical Electric out several times for a few issues here in Coeur d'Alene and the office made scheduling so easy. Sherman was on time, knowledgeable, personal and very professional. Got us up and running in no time. Give them a call!

Super company to work with; upgraded/repaired our house and garage lighting systems; gained much improved/safer living spaces with outstanding cleanup. Had minor outstanding item on completion- tactical took immediate action to fully address-highly professional ,high integrity business that stands behind their work-

I call a few electricians in the area, Sherman from Tactical Electric was the only one that came same day to help us troubleshoot and fix our breaker issue.

We have a short term rental Airbnb, which requires immediate resolution. Tactical Electric got the job done!

We had a bunch of work done by Sherman and his crew. Not only did they do a phenomenal job but when we had a couple issues a couple weeks later, they came out immediately, helped us through it, gave their time and energy to make everything right. As a veteran family, we couldn't be happier hiring this company. If I could give more stars I would! Especially with the holidays coming up, they cut into their own schedules to help us. Couldn't ask for a better company or crew!

The Electric company was contacted and at the home within an hour of our request for service. The electrician recognized the problem immediately and fixed it. He double checked everything before he left to make sure it was running properly. Great Service. Courteous and thorough.

They were prompt in getting us on the schedule and the electrician was quick to diagnose the problem and offer several solutions. The work was performed quickly and displayed a high level of competence. The electrician was friendly and professional. I would recommend Tactical Electric to a friend. Good experience.

Tactical Rlectric did a excellent job. Thr Estimate was very detailed explained reason what was needed & why. They did a wonderful job. And got my veteran discount included. Great work!

Knowledgeable, Friendly & Fast! I called Tactical Electric for my business because I had a problem with a high-speed oven continually tripping the breaker. The owner, Sherman, came by later the very same day and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it for us in under an hour. They helped get my business running and did it all for a good price, I couldn’t ask for more!
