Service and quality so good I can't go anywhere else!

Our office recently started using Legacy Heating and Cooling for maintenance and service. They have been wonderful to work with!

This post is really late. I’m the building foreman at the post falls vets home, during our cold snap when our temps were in the negatives we had a lot of cold residents because of heating issues, I made a call to to legacy after our contact couldn’t help us, Barb took the call and was very pleasant, understanding and recognized right away that our home needed help, without any hesitation she got right on the phone and had AJ out here within 2hrs! team Legacy is setting the standard for others to follow.

Legacy came out and fixed our central air in our apartment, which was an awesome job…however the failed to replace the air filter or reinstall the vent cover that goes over it…which left a gaping hole in my wall (basically the perfect spot for little kids to want to put things in or mess with because it’s in their reach)

Legacy Heating and Cooling has been servicing our HVAC system for years. They service our equipment every 3 months like clock work and are always so helpful & easy to work with. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a reliable company with a friendly staff!

We had AJ come by and check out our AC system at Dave Smith Frontier Service. He got the AC running again and was a super nice dude. Thanks Legacy !!

I have been utilizing Legacy heating & cooling for AC repairs and have been impressed with their knowledge and communication. AJ specifically is extremely gifted in the trade and takes his time to make sure his diagnosis is accurate and repairs are through. He's also wonderful at explaining the issues in a way that is easy to understand which is very much apricated. Stephanie in the office is also a breath of fresh air to work with.

Driving to work this morning one of there drivers thought it would be funny to cut me off. I didn't mind it to much till I got the opportunity to pull up next to him and the gentleman in the passenger seat gave me a nice finger gesture. If that how people act when representing there company then I wouldn't want them in a house fixing anything.

Replaced water heater. Excellent service. They were able to install a new water heater very quickly and effeciently. They did a great job and left the garage as clean as they found it.

When I woke up this morning it was 45 in my house. Because it is Saturday I was skeptical if I could get help. I looked online and saw Pro 1 and they were open 24/7. I left a message and within an hour Nick the owner called me. He came over and had it fixed within a half hour. I am a happy camper and love the fact of supporting a family business.
