I thought I needed a new hot water heater. He came with the new one but found he could repair mine. Wow, honest! Feeling blessed.

Best customer service around as well as the most professional and knowledgeable plumbers I've ever contracted. 5/5 wish I could give it 10/5 stars.

Minus a small miscommunication, they were great. On time, and very patient. I was asking a lot of questions, and Kenny was kind to answer them.

What a great experience. The job was done professionally, the guys answered my nosy questions and explained what they were doing. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Chris and Justin from Fred's Plumbing came here and were on time and are very kind and professional and fixed plumbing problems and were quick and efficient and will ALWAYS call them wit
h any plumbing problems.

Run for your life! Did remodel, everything they did was a problem and call back!
Then tub cracked due to there incorrect install, they wouldn’t fix problem due to our one year warranty was up by a week or so! Little do they know the attorney I went to see said the one year thing is incorrect, it’s 4 years in idaho!
But at that point I wouldn’t have them back in my house for anything!
Not a honest company at all!

Drilled a hole through a copper water pipe and needed emergency service. Contacted Fred's and said that they would be able to help us and would have a dispatcher contact us with an estimated time of arrival. After 2 hours and no call from a plumber we again contacted Fred's. They told us that they didn't have a record of us calling and would not be able to to send a plumber as they were completly booked for the day.

Very friendly staff. Nick was the plumber who showed up to the job sight and fixed multiple leaks around the house within a half hour or so. Price was reasonable. Will use them again in the future.
