Dillon came out and walked the project, sent me a price the next day. after approval , the crew came out and got it done right away. No problems, excellent work and did a great job with clean up! 100% would use them again in the future!

Got 3 estimates. All around the same price. Fine Grade Concrete did a good job. We requested an actual mesh instead of just mesh concrete. No cracks. They also installed sod along the backyard.

Dillion and his team did a great job redoing my backyard landscaping. Dillion is very easy to communicate with and very punctual. I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for concrete or landscaping work and I will have him back in the future for other work needed.

Very pleased with paver project completed by Fine Grade. The pavers replaced a cracked concrete patio. I like the visual design. Drainage looks good. The landscaping crew were great to work with and took pride in their work. This project was completed in January. There is minor work to be completed in the spring such as validating sprinklers work correctly as there was a lot of heavy equipment involved. I'll update this review after minor work completed.

We had Dillon do our backyard and some updates to the front, he extended our patio, added a sidewalk as well as a retaining wall, brick border and sod. He did an amazing job, was professional, on time, clean, and did amazing work. I would highly suggest having him out to give you an estimate, I think you will love his work! We also had a hard time getting ahold of people, Dillon was very responsive throughout the whole process.

Dillon and his crew are thorough and really care about the customer more than just the project. Concrete and landscape can have challenges and not everything goes smoothly but you can rely on these guys to make it right. Highly recommended.

We contracted with Dillon Edes, owner of Fine Grade Concrete Landscapes, for our recent landscaping project, that included both hardscape and softscape. His work speaks for itself. He made recommendations based off his experience and I think it made a very big difference. He wasn’t basing it off of a sale but off of what makes sense. I’m very glad he recommended that we go with the concrete pad for the shed!!

There were a few delays here and there because of weather and other various situations but as much as they worked against us, it also worked for us and we were able to balance back to the original time expectations.

He didn’t blink an eye about the artificial turf I specifically requested for our dog run and he made sure it was something he could get done first for the sake of the dog.

All around great service and he even gave me a few fishing tips.

I am so in love with my backyard that Dillon redid for us. Our yard was in a sad state. We started from scratch leaving only 3 mature trees. We had concrete walkways poured, a large paver patio extension put in, new sprinklers, boulders, plants, trees and rock. Dillon and his team worked so hard and made my dreams a reality. I was impressed with his communication from the beginning quote all through the end of the entire process. He walked us through everything and was patient with us. I recommend Fine Grade Concrete & Landscaping 100%!

We were so impressed with Dillon and his team. We had our concrete patio extended and they made the extension look seamless to the original concrete. They also built a patio cover for us that looks amazing! Very fair prices. They were all very kind and courteous, and came back to clean up any messes. I’ve already recommended them to a few other friends! We will definitely be using them again for any future projects.

Our experience with Dillon and his team has been more than expected. His communication, opinion and friendliness was more than I could have hoped for. Our project turned out awesome and we are very happy with it.
I walked by a neighbors home having work done and the guys working were so nice to my boys who thought the construction guys were the coolest. When they came to work on our house it was no exception. They waved and made sure the boys had a good view throughout the project.

Dillon was a great asset to our job, he gave us his opinion on what he thought would look good within our scope and told us all our options then let us make the final decisions. I never felt like he was trying to get us to go with the more expensive route or marking the job up for his benefit.

We did have a few hiccups, as to be expected, none of which Dillon could have seen coming however Dillon was very good at communicating with us to let us know what was going to happen and when. As well as he kept us on his schedule to ensure we got it done as soon as possible.

We also had a few last minute add ons and Dillon made it feel like it wasn’t a problem, even though it drug out our job on his schedule, I never felt like a bother. I would very highly recommend him for your next job!

We used Fine Grade to complete a backyard project at our home. From the beginning Dillon was responsive and worked with us to create our vision. It was not the easiest job, but the team worked diligently to make our vision a reality. We are so pleased with how it all turned out. We interviewed 3 providers and selected to work with Dillon and his crew based on many reasons:

1) Price - he was not the least expensive, nor the most expensive. His level of detail when contracting was clear, specific and reasonable. Any changes through out the project were handled professionally and timely. No surprises at the end.

2) Design - Dillon understood our vision, presented drawings of what we thought we wanted and executed the delivery perfectly. Concept to completion was done incredibly well and accurate to all the finishing touches.

3) Quality - everything was completed with the upmost quality. We continued through out the process to confirm accuracy and that our satisfaction was important. Clean up every day was impressive and the crew respected our property.

4) Follow up - with any project things happen. Before, during and after. Dillon has been true to his word of making sure we are happy with his project. Coming back afterwards to fix/amend a few things has been needed and Dillon and his crew are responsive and have been continuing to deliver fantastic work.

Dillon and his crew became like family to us. The project was not easy, it took a long time (as expected) and now the results are amazing! In the Spring I plan on having Fine Grade work on some front yard improvements since the builder's vendor did subpar work to begin with.

I'd refer Fine Grade to anyone! Small or large projects, concrete, landscape, hardscape, irrigation and everything in between!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with the fine grade crew. We had them build a small fire area in our backyard and it turned out exactly how we wanted it! The team was very good about communication and always told us if a change needed to be made and why.
