I had a kitchen sink clogged a few days ago and it’s the first time I’ve came across a drain clog. I called around and had a few companies come and look at it. Some said snaking won’t help, some said they can try it for $400. Some said it needs to be hydro jetted for up to $800. But this guy Travis Parsons was awesome. He came and looked at it and he was so confident that he can fix it with the snaking method. He even guaranteed his work when others couldn’t. This was the best experience for me and the next time I have a plumbing issue, I will call Master Plumbing first!!! Thank you Travis you’re the best!

I called for an estimate for a water softener install. I received quotes for a couple different brands and also just labor if I purchased the unit myself. Makayla answered all my questions and the prices were very competitive. It was great dealing with someone in the office who knew what she was talking about. Both Makayla and another tech, Mike showed up in 2 trucks to do the install. Communication was great, the job was professional and timely, I would use them again. I have already recommended Master Plumbing to some friends.

Travis cleaned out bathroom drain at the end of June. He was super quick and efficient. Today, Travis came to look at basement drain as I was concerned it was going to overflow. Fortunately, he took one look, poured water into drain in segments, and explained gel-like substance from air conditioner had caused a partial bloc. Best of all, he didn't charge me. Super job, Travis!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from James Rudy! I recently had him over at my house to address a nagging toilet issue that was not only inconvenient but causing a terrible smell. Master Plumbing technician Jim Colburn is a credit to your company. He took a few minutes after resolving my neighbor’s Issue to stop by our home and check a noise on our toilet. He flipped a washer and in a couple minutes resolved our issue as well. I can tell you we are very impressed with his expertise on work he has done on two of our friends homes and his card now resides on our refrigerator so if we have any plumbing problems in the future he will be our go to call.
