No call no show to appointment. I called the office, no answer. Finally 1/2 hr after appointment time the scheduler responded to my text saying she didn’t know why they didn’t show or call. Disappointing....

Horrible customer service, called to get a quote and the lady hung up without even hearing what i had to say.

Completed a large demolition project including removing a concrete patio and built an architectural block wall. Complete project on time and within a fair price. Recommend this company for any landscaping and sprinkler work.

I filled out the website's on-line form and was promptly texted by Greg the next morning. I was surprised because it was a Sunday and the business was closed. Greg asked about my plans and my schedule. The next morning (early) Greg texted to set a meeting time, which would be in a couple of days. His promptness to our request was refreshing. The day and time of the scheduled appointment came and went. Time was taken off work for this meet up. We waited and waited. No phone call or text. Greg was a No Show. I guess it's better to find out early on about unreliability before any contracts are signed or checks are written. Not cool Greg!

Hired Greg and crew to build a new front raised patio on our mid-century Boise Depot Bench home. Wanted it to blend well with existing window wells and add a planter box between the window walls. It was to have a curved design face to match well with existing landscape and to have a herringbone pattern raised top. Before and after photos show that they hit it. Spot on.
As well we inherited a front sidewalk that was not built correctly and had sever wave to the pavers. They dismantled the original a re built it perfectly.
Hire them and you'll be happy you did.

Avoid. We contracted for concrete, light landscaping and a sprinkler overhaul and Greg took about 3/4 of the agreed amount to buy materials and did not complete the job. No concrete, no sprinklers, but he did start to prep our yard which left us with a dirt track for 2 months and a completely broken sprinkler system. 6 weeks of setting "guaranteed" dates for the project and constant no-showing, often without contact. After terminating and asking for a refund, he has refused and has not cooperated in any way to return any of our money that was spent on materials. This experience happened from March-May 2021 and I'm writing this now as we ended up suing to try and receive our refund, in which Greg has been unresponsive and uncooperative with that process. We had 3 other companies work to salvage what he had started, but in the end, I can highly recommend Modern Concrete as they came in at the 11th hour and made an unbearable situation slightly more tolerable. Hey Greg, if you decide to respond to this, hi! Nice to hear from you. Please refund our money so we can move along. Thanks.

If there was a 6th star, I'd give it to Landscape Idaho LLC. Greg and Victor transformed my back yard from dirt to an oasis. I had trees, shrubs, curbing, boulders, landscape rock and sod installed after they put in a sprinkler/drip irrigation system. They took me to see other work they had done and helped me pick plants that will grow well in my yard. I am the envy of my neighbors and I would recommend Landscape Idaho LLC to anyone who needs help with their landscape projects.

They are very responsive and respectful. I have been able to meet with the owner and get an estimate for our backyard. He is very knowledgeable, flexible with our wants and needs, and they seem to be very hard-working. We haven't started our project yet, but I will update this review with additional info once they finish the project.

They are very respectful, did a great job and it was done quickly. They cleaned up after every day so it was a great experience.

Everything is great with this company until the plants start dying. I started contacting him last fall. Now it is July 2020 and I have plants that died before the snow started last year. I contacted them in April to see when they were going to replace the dead plants with no reply until I said I was going to take other measures. His reply was I as going to take care of it. Now it is July and still nothing. This company has NO sense of taking care of customers and guaranteeing their work. I will NOT use them or be recommending them to anyone!!!

Landscape Idaho removed a large dying tree in my backyard and replaced it with a new one. Their quote was detailed and very reasonable. Work was done exactly to my specification. Greg and Victor were very professional and answered all my questions. They made sure everything was neat and clean before they left, even the street in front of my house. Well, where do I start? Greg and Victor have been unbelievably great from the start to the end of my landscaping project. It started with their selling approach... They provided information, pictures, and most importantly their attitude concerning customer satisfaction. My wife and I are so grateful that we chose Landscape Idaho LLC and HIGHLY recommend their professional service. Even days after their service to me ended which included grading my entire yard, laying of sod, sprinkler system and educating me on the do's and don'ts of maintaining a beautiful yard, they still continue to come by to assure that we are satisfied with their service...
