Cascade Custom Construction

I don't have a reason to tell someone NOT to use Cascade Custom Construction, but my experience was subpar.

I had been in communication with a member of their team about building on a lot. I was explicit about my budget and situation and I was assured that their minimum build cost was well below (actually a third of my budget), leaving me room to buy property.

When we set up a meeting to discuss construction plans, the builder told me their minimum build cost was much higher. Apparently there is some miscommunication or misunderstanding within their company.

They unnecessarily wasted my time. They did apologize and I forgive them. The builder said he would talk to the marketing guy, so hopefully this issue is resolved. However, I want others to know to make sure that they are getting accurate information.

Every time I’ve dealt with Cascade customs they have always managed to raise the standard. Marcus was so personable and knowledgeable when we spoke!

I used Brent and his team for a pretty small project for this company, a 20X8 shed with insulation and electrical. In fact, Brent never came out and said this to me, but I feel like he only agreed to my project because we struck up a conversation at the local Home Show and after telling him I was a veteran and him seeing my desire for this shed within a reasonable budget, he agreed to do it. As with any project, there were some hiccups, but Brent not only made everything right, but kept to the budget. This kind of character is hard to find nowadays. I would use this company again and I would recommend them to anyone who reads this.
