I really want to thank you all for your efforts to get my hot tub installed. All of your support made this possible. Sarah and Rachel worked diligently to adjust schedules to make this happen. The installation team all where very professional and efficient. I will be recommend this team for any electrical work!!! Thank you very much to get this completed before the weekend. We couldn't be happier! The team from Canyon Electric played a huge part in my home renovation. We hired them to install several recessed lights in our hall and dining area and remove the old outdated lights that were there. Because of his experience Lewis was able to suggest a different light fixture than I requested because of it's sleeker, more stylish design. He even took the paint color I used on my ceiling and disassembled the lights and painted them the same color. It looks terrific.

On the day of the install the team helped me to determine the best placement of the lights around my dining table. I wanted the cans placed in a wider pattern and, while they would install them per my request, they demonstrated how moving them in a little would accentuate the look and the function I was going for. When the indoor lighting was done they moved outdoors and expertly installed the power to my hot tub. They showed great attention to detail and their suggestions, again, improved the aesthetics.

I had two trades at the house during the lighting install, the electricians and dry wall contractors. The team from Canyon Electric communicated well with the dry wall team and did their work in an order that expedited the entire process. They would first handle the work that would require the dry wall experts to follow behind them and repair the ceiling and walls without any waiting and wasted time.

I am very impressed with every aspect and every point of contact with Canyon Electric. They showed us what good lighting could do for a home. I plan to hire them for my future renovations and look forward to working with them again.

I bought a Hot Tub and was referred to Canyon Electric for the electrical. They came out the same day to give me a quote and then worked with the hot tub company to plan when they can come out at the same time. The work is so professional looking. I'm very impressed with the entire experience and I'm going to need some more electrical work done in my back yard in the spring and I have no doubt that I will be using Canyon Electric. I'm adding to my review almost a year later. I've had Canyon electric come out again and put outlets in for my yard project and also for out door TV, bonus room theater and move a switch in the master bathroom that was put behind the door by the builder for some odd reason. Luis runs a great business and everyone he has had work on my house has been very good. I've left them all in my house with zero concerns and they have just locked up when they leave. Thank you Luis and I will be calling you soon when I figure out what outdoor heaters to purchase.

Canyon Electric came highly recommended by our Realtor. We contacted them regarding installing a new hot tub. They arrived on time to do a bid. The bid was very fair and comprehensive. They even let us know that we needed to move the hot tub further away from an existing wall outlet to be in code compliance. The following morning a crew showed up to complete the work. They were on time, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. We are grateful for our Realtor's recommendation and will pass it on to others.

Because of my limited DIY skills, I needed a lot of advice to make sure everything was right. The staff was extremely helpful. I was able to make everything perfect.

Here’s the bonus. I had issues installing my Ring to my new house. My doorbell was not compatible with Ring. I ran into some complications with my rewiring project, so I called Canyon. I expected to be told I’d need an electrician to come out at $$$/hr. Instead, Sammy had me text pictures to her. She gave the pictures to Louis, one of the electricians, who called me. Louis gave me some advice, then his cell number to call if I needed additional advice, which I did. He said he didn’t want me to pay for him to come out when he could easily talk me through it. So much better service than I ever would have expected.

They came out and gave me a more than fair quote to install hot tub wiring. Way better than other people gave me. Came out on time and did a good job. Very polite and professional. Had a little problem that the hot tub didn't work after and turned out just to be something not plugged in. But no big deal. Over all very happy I went with them.

Brandon and Dylan at Canyon Electric were outstanding! Their craftsmanship and execution of the panel upgrade and additional outlet installation, along with their coordination with Idaho Power, were seamless. Despite Idaho Power’s busy schedule, the team completed the job as advertised. Their communication before and during the service was top-notch. Canyon Electric is an excellent company to work with. Very professional, fast and clean. I have had many things done from lighting to wiring my hot tub they did an excellent job.

Three years ago they installed two Bromic outdoor heaters in our covered patio. Three years later, we discovered that one of them was installed in properly. I called thinking there was no chance I would even get a response. Within 24 hours of me, leaving a message, I got a call back.I offered to buy the replacement parts and asked that they make it right on the labor side. They showed up three days later and spent about 90 minutes fixing it. it now works perfectly. Of course I wish it had been installed correctly the first time. But I think it’s pretty rare to find businesses who will make things right three years after the original installation. I would absolutely use them again if needed.
