A friend told me about Rug Rats. The scheduler was accommodating, friendly and worked around my work schedule. Brian, the carpet technician came out and gave me a quote. The price was fair. In addition to Brian being professional and knowledgeable about the type of carpet I have, he did an amazing job and exceeding my expectations. He even stretched my carpet. I have had other carpet cleaners come out and when they are done it just looks like wet, dirty carpet. With Rug Rats, the result was a very deep, thorough, cleaning. I will be using Brian at Rug Rats again!!

Brian and his team did an excellent job of cleaning my parents carpet today. The whole house smells amazing and they were even able to get very difficult stains out of the carpet. There was a two week delay in the delivery of some of our furniture by the moving company. Upon delivery, we realized that the couch and matching highback chair were almost fully covered by yellow stains and blotches. The Bluebird technician worked diligently for hours going over the stains with different products ultimately getting rid of a lot of them and diminishing those he could not fully remove. I was very pleased because I was doubtful any improvement could be made. He proved me wrong, He was able to restore much of the beauty of both couch and chair. He also was able to fully remove a very large coffee stain from our carpeting. I was so pleased with the service and price that I am contracting with them for future work. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Bluebird Home Services has been a lifesaver in readying our home for listing. Working on a tight deadline they handled it—cleaning, carpet cleaning, windows inside and out, power washing, landscaping, and hauling away a pile of stuff. They did an amazing job. I was trying to sell my home and didn’t want to replace my carpet only for it to get ripped out by the new homeowner that purchased my home. I just wanted it to get touched up just enough for it to look presentable to show before selling. In between two rooms it was starting to buckle. When they went to help it it was falling apart on the underside. They did a great job at making it presentable for showing. I’m grateful because the new owners completely replaced all the flooring to hard floors. I’m glad they made the extra effort to help it look presentable so that I didn’t have to replace it with brand new carpet just for it to get scrapped into the trash.

Today was the second time I’ve used Blue Bird Carpet Cleaning! First time was for one room that a cat got locked it....need I say more? Jared did an amazing job at getting the smell out! Still doesn’t smell in there. Today he did the rest of the house. He personally take great measures to make all the carpets look and smell great!!! I will never use another carpet cleaner other than Blue Bird! Top notch service and is very knowledgeable in him profession!

We had our home deep cleaned as well as had our carpets cleaned. The job completed was AMAZING! I was impressed with how well the carpets were cleaned considering we had several pet stains. My only disappointment was that I was under the impression that my ceiling fans would be dusted and my walls would be spot cleaned as a part of the deep clean; however, this did not happen. Other than that I would definitely recommend this company and plan on using them again!!

We received an estimate for carpet stretching 2 weeks ago. Last week Jared finished 5 rooms on time & matching their estimate. A great company to work with!.
They also have a handyman that will complete smaller jobs. I’m on his wait list now.

Everyone one was really nice but it took me three weeks to get a response. I called them and I was forwarded to leave a message to the head of rentals or something like that. I never received a call back. I followed up with another call and the very nice gentlemen said he would call and talk to them. I got a message back finally and was scheduled a week out . I never got a schedule confirmation so I called them again. The guy was very nice again but he finally got us on the schedule for the Friday. They finally showed up. It the lady had to leave just after she got there for “family emergency.” I hope all is well with her but I feel she left just because the ac was shut off because it was scheduled to do so. Since they were late they were there late it was hot in the house. I called again to say hey….. nothing got done. They finally came in and “finished” but it had looked like nothing was done. All in the mean while my wife went in and cleaned the bathrooms and the kitchen. So I’m not sure if they actually did anything. Carpets maybe(?) but the guy was very nice!
