From our opening to 1 year later at our Bodybar Pilates Studio, Anago has taken care of us. When we receive reviews, cleanliness is at the top of the comments which is a direct reflection of Anago and their services.

We were very disappointed in Anago cleaning service. They started out cleaning as agreed for the first 9 months or so. As time passed items in the contract were not being done on a consistent basis. "Cleaning" was done in less than 20 minutes on scheduled days for months. It is a 2000+ sq ft building. How can a building get cleaned in 20 mins? It was mostly empty garbage and swirl some cleaner in the toilet. We communicated our issues and concerns. The owner then came in and treated us like it was our fault! Very poor customer service! We have gotten a new cleaning company and it took hours for them to clean the building up to the level it should be and they cost was less to hire them monthly. Don't be taken advantage of!

Anago of Boise has done everything they contracted to do for our church and more. We are impressed with customer service, the quality of service as well as their representative (Jose) who handles our facility. If we leave a message, Michael Becknell returns our call in less than 20 minutes. This is an excellent company and we look forward to a long working relationship.

Anago of Boise has done a great job keeping our production plant and main office very well maintained. We were lucky to find them and we are very happy with the service that they provide. If your looking for a great cleaning company, give them a call.

Horrible, scamming company. They stole brand new computers from our office, nearly 10K loss. Then they had the guts to email us AGAIN for a cleanup. Never trust these people.

I have contacted them four times the first time it took two days for them to get back to me the second time we made an appointment the third time he called me and cancel the appointment then I called three days later to make another appointment it took them another two days to get back to me I don’t know why they don’t have a cell phone even while they’re working with you can get back to you as soon as you’re done with your job their customer service is awful so of course I’m not using them they’re not responsive at all that’s why they only have four stars and then the people to give five stars it probably their friends

Hard to contact -- when you do they dont seem to appreciate your business.

Luxe cleaning co. Does a fantastic job every time they come by to do my office. I’m on a regular schedule and the best part about their services is the amount of time I have to spend doing other things. Not to mention they price very well!
