House Cleaning reviews in Meridian, Idaho

Both girls were very nice. I stayed in my office to keep out of their way. It would be nice to get a print out of what they did. For example, did they just dry mop floors or wet? Stuff like that is helpful to know. House looks great.

Judy was awesome! She came in and got our bathrooms looking great. She dusted most of the blinds and baseboards and even did our ceiling fans. I only got 2 hours worth of cleaning so in two hours she did amazing! We have a decent sized home too so it would have taking probably about 4-5 hours to do the whole thing. Our shower was my favorite!! Looked beautiful!! Thank you for blessing me with the giveaway for being a nurse!! It was truly needed 🥰

We have Tammy and Antoine as our Merry Maids team for our home. Wonderful, hard working team. They are talkative, attentive to detail, kind, very thorough. Thank you Merry Maids.

They did a great job with the cleaning but their administration was less than desired. We were initially told that they would be at our location at 8:30am. We received a message from them subsequently saying the arrival time would be between 9:30 and 11:30. They showed up at 9:10. In a move out, we have things to do and to have times changing without explanation or apology is unprofessional.
After the job was completed and we had not been able to see the results or an invoice, we received two requests for surveys of the performance. Maybe someone should consider how and when a survey request is sent.
We were totally excited about the work the two representatives did with our job. It was cleaner than we had received the property in and the two cleaning staff were very professional and great representatives of any business they worked for.

Tammy and Antoine have been cleaning my home biweekly for over a year, and they always do an excellent job. For example, they always leave my bathroom spotless, taking care to clean difficult areas to reach, and my bed is made with great care. I would recommend Merry Maids to my friends and family.

I was told everything would be put back to it's ordinal place
Had to put all the rugs back down in every room
Had to put back the barstools in the kitchen
All the blinds wher left up and some even very crooked.
Also some of the door trims where not done.
Also in the master bathroom the edge under the vanity along the floor was not done at all.
I realize there was a lot to be done , but was not very pleased with the service
If I was to have someone come again
Would request maybe a different team
