Bryan is a very nice guy, and the landscaping project looked pretty good overall. I was told the project would start on the first Tuesday in May, but showed up Friday, with very little work done. Then did not see them for another full week, where only 1/4 of the project was worked on. Then they came back 10 days later and did the rest of the project. The drip irrigation they installed was very sloppy, where I had to go back to steak it down since the tubing kept raising 4 inches above the mulch in many spots. I also discovered the sprinkler valve was installed in reverse. I asked Bryan to come back to fix it, and he replied quickly saying he would be by the next day. No one ever showed up to fix it, and I have emailed him back on 2 other occasions. It has now been 3 weeks without any response or resolution.
