2 guys showed up with masks on they were on time professional and courteous. I had over 25 electrical outlets, and switches changed out, door knobs, a door hinge, and my rain gutters cleaned out. It took less than four hours, they were efficient, and clean. The cost was very reasonable. When I requested online what I needed done I also needed it done within the next 10 days and they were able to fit me in their schedule within two days respecting my needed timeline. It was very refreshing to have a company do what they said they could do and complete the job so timely. This company has done two sprinkler blowouts for my daughter and I was not aware that they had so many services. I am a medical professional and I will only work with quality, efficient, and professional people. That being said I will be calling this company back for my next project, and any other project that I can use their services. For me it’s a full thumbs up, 100% good to go.

For the annual Winter irrigation blowouts and the Spring turn-ons, I think The Maintenance Shop does excellent work at a fair price. Jesse, one of the Maintenance Shop’s service reps came to my house today to do the irrigation turn on. He was very thorough, very professional and on time. I could not have asked for someone better. Also, one thing I especially like about doing business with the Maintenance Shop is that it is veteran owned. When you go to their website you will be amazed at the number of home services they have available to the average homeowner.

This is my first time using this service. The technician was very good and professional. He knew exactly what to do and informed me of everything he was doing. I'm going to keep their contact information and have them so some work for me in the spring. I appreciated the professionalism.
