Kingsway is the only way! Anthony showed great knowledge, customer service, and attention to detail when cleaning our sofa, loveseat, and ottoman. We have had our couches for about 5 years and had stains from our two kiddos that I have tried to get out in the past with no success.

Anthony set up quickly and got to work! He ensured my house was protected using corner guards and clean hoses. He even draped the front door opening to keep our house cool and bugs out while he worked! I would highly recommend Kingsway for any and all your carpet or upholstery needs!

They did an amazing job on our carpets! They were very thorough. We had our dog that peed in one of our rooms and they made sure to explain that they would do their best to get the smell out but couldn't guarantee as it could have soaked the pad. But they were able to get it out! Chemicals used are eco and pet friendly. Will be contacting them for any future carpet cleaning we made need! Thank you so much!!!

He was very professional and did a wonderful job. We have 2 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats so needless to say, our carpets needed some love. Anthony took the time to work out some tough stains in high traffic areas and our carpets look amazing again!!

I called these guys with a last minute request to have my carpets cleaned before family started to show up from out of town. Anthony was incredibly friendly and helped us out when a cancellation occured.

He did an outstanding job, pricing was absolutely fair, and I'll be having him back in the future to take care of our carpets.

Kingsway Idaho Carpet Cleaning does a phenomenal job! This is the second time he's been out to my house and I'm always so impressed. The previous house owners had a lot of pets and our carpet had a lot of pet stains. He was able to get them out and our carpet looks so good! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience. Super friendly, efficient and our carpets look perfect.

Quick communication and able to get my carpets and couch done faster than I anticipated which was a plus. Anthony was also incredibly kind while he was here. I only gave him 4 stars because of a lack of follow up per his suggestion. We had a pet accident a few days before the cleaning, and the urine odor was really strong after the cleaning. After talking to him, he said he could come back potentially on 3 different days to try and spot treat - but never showed or updated an eta or lack of. I stayed home anticipating his arrival, and being that we’re selling our home I need this issue corrected asap. If not by him someone else/another way. I did reach out to see if he was coming by and never heard back. Being that it was his idea to come back I find that part really disappointing.

Anthony did an amazing job! I gave him two wool rugs that honestly should have just been thrown out. They were so bad! But he returned two like new rugs! They look and feel incredibly clean. This company is easy to work with, fast to schedule with and does an incredible job! Will be using for all my carpet/rug cleaning needs!
