Chopping this monster of a tree was just a piece of cake for these guys. Tree was in a tight space with no room for error. This crew performed beyond our expectations and made it look like a breeze. From getting a fair quote, to getting on the schedule and completing the job, these guys are quick! Leave it to the pros. Pleasantly surprised and definitely recommended!

This company is awesome. I called and emailed about eight other businesses to get a quote to trim four big trees. They were one of first to respond to my request and came out to perform their quote the next day. Scheduled the tree trimming quickly and arrived on time ready to get to work. I cannot believe how quickly they trimmed our trees and cleaned up the area. Their price beat all the others for sure! This business is a hard-working, family team and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I definitely recommend them and will be requesting their services again.

I own Legend Roofing and have had the opportunity to work with Hernan on a few jobs now. This time I had him trim 3 large birch trees on my property. I’m so glad I found Hunter Tree Service! We had a large, rapidly dying maple tree and needed it removed quickly as it had suffered damage from previous storms. We were needing to find a tree removal service who would provide an estimate and be able to remove it right away since we were getting ready to list our home. Hernan was referred to us by our son in law and his crew came out within a week to cut it down for us. Other companies in the area were booked out for a couple months, so we were thankful to find Hernan. They were friendly, extremely reasonably priced and they cleaned up every stick, branch and most of the fallen dead leaves afterwards. We highly recommend them and will use them in the future, should we need their services again.

I had Hernan and his 2 employees remove 3 dead trees. They did an excellent job. Were very efficient,. Also had him trim my Japanese Maple and my Weeping Alaska trees. Hernandez even trimmed some of shrubs. He came a week later and did the stumps. Plus, they were very affordable. Highly recommend Hunter Tree Service.

I am so happy with the work done here at my home. I had a lot of overgrowth and needed help getting it under control. The Qualitree team showed up and took care of cutting and purning trees. They cleaned up after themselves too. Professional and kind workers very happy and will refer them to other people as well as call them again.

To preface this I’m not an actual customer, the people who live in the house behind us are the customers. The crew had some branches that fell into our yard, and came over and asked for access to our back yard saying they had seen evidence of dogs so they came to knock, this statement leads me to believe had they not seen evidence of dogs they may not have asked for entrance into our yard and just gotten the branches. While letting the gentleman into our back yard we did advise him that our dog likes to escape the yard so they’ll need to use the front gate rather than the side gate. The crew then left for what I am assuming was their lunch break leaving several slats missing out of our fence, knowing we have dogs, and knowing that they like to escape the yard. Had they came and told us it wouldn’t have been an issue, but to just leave without putting the slats back up after talking to us is thoroughly unprofessional. When they returned the slats were put back into our fence, but we were unable to let our dogs out for the period they were away, and had we not checked to be sure they were no longer in the yard our dogs would have gotten out. It seems to me it would have been simple for them to either put the slats up before taking their break, or coming to let us know they’d be gone for a little while with a hole in our fence.
I’m pretty unimpressed with the way this was handled, and while I’m sure they do fine work, there’s probably more professional and respectful companies out there.

the first time I called them they came out and did the work and it was great, 2 years later I call and don't hear anything for 1 month then I call the owner directly and get told he will stop by and give an estimate within a week another month goes by I leave multiple messages at there office and reach out to the owner again and just get lied to! still haven't gotten my trees trimmed or heard back from them, would not recommend them at all!!!

I was very pleased with the work the that was done. the crew did a great job! they even took some limbs and branches that I had cut from other trees in my yard, saving me a trip to the transfer station. I didn't get a chance to actually meet anyone, as I was at work. when i came home, the tree looked awesome, (the tree is a large older Ash, if I remember correctly) and had never been trimmed or pruned. It didn't look butchered, the Debris was gone and the gates where all closed. Thank you Jon, Judy, and the crew for fitting me in on short notice and getting it done!

On September 9, Qualitree in Nampa was working on the property next to ours and damaged our gate. Nearly three months later, the issue is still not resolved. We have documented everything and sent photos as well as saved audio from voicemails.

When the incident happened, two different employees told us they would talk to the owner, but after a month of waiting we learned that neither of them ever did. Since then, I’ve spoken with the owner and the office secretary multiple times, only to be pushed off to an employee who finally came out to take measurements.

That employee initially told us they had a replacement gate ready, then later told us they actually didn’t have a gate and had no idea when they would be able to fix ours. I’ve sent several emails and gotten very few responses, and one of the few replies said they were simply “busy.”

Being busy is not an excuse for poor communication or for neglecting damage their company caused. It’s been almost three months, and our gate is still not repaired. This low level of follow-through and lack of accountability has been extremely disappointing. This is terrible business practices.

We had our huge tree removed and the crew did a great job, they all seem to work really well together, they have tons of equipment to get the job done quickly. The crew was great, the price was great! I was very pleased from beginning to end. So was our neighbor who wanted all the wood from the tree.

Over the years I have used many tree service companies to remove and trim trees. Many of them took several weeks before they would get to my house just to give me an estimate. Tim showed up the day following me putting in an online estimate request. Within a few days, one tree was removed and another trimmed. The crew members were friendly, polite, and professional. I will not hesitate to use Timmy’s again or recommend them. Great job.

This was my best experience. Price was great, timing was great for my schedule. They showed up a bit early and cleanup was better than when they started. I have a couple projects in mind and they will be the one I will call first.

Timmy's crew did a fantastic job on Bruce-the-Spruce in our yard. There were lots of dead branches that needed to be removed. And Surprise! to everyone there were several HORNET nests!! One nest came down still attached to a branch, so it didn't shatter on landing. It was BIG! See the branch & nests going in the chipper!! The guys were so brave and competent at their job!!

Got Timmy's out to remove a MESSY birch tree right next to the house and trim up an overgrown weeping willow. Jake and his team showed up 5 minutes early and had it all done and cleaned up within 2 hours! Very polite, asked for my opinion and approval before getting out of the tree, and kept the team on task. Great job and communication Jake! Now just waiting for the stump grinder in the next day or so and we'll have our patio area as useful outdoor living space. Highly recommend Timmy's!
