New life landscape was way beyond our expectations. They were extremely responsive when we contacted them about doing a remodel in our backyard. They return phone calls and answered all questions. We were very aware that they were a very busy company but they never made us feel like we were not a top priority. Carlos‘s crew was stellar. They were not just workers they were artists and perfectionists at what they did. If we ever had a question Carlos was immediately on site. We found Carlos to be very creative and offered very unique and innovative ideas to make our patio stellar. He takes pride in his work. When they started our job they came every day until they were finished. Each day they came they seemed happy to be there and really enjoyed what they did. The whole company works together for the best of the client. Our backyard is beautiful due to Carlos and the team he has working for him. We had a great experience using New Life Landscape. Seth who ran the job and handled design was a pleasure to work with. The job was completed on time and several extra's that I hadn't thought about were handled with care. I am very happy with the work. As Seth told me "We're not the cheapest but we are the best". New Life was recommended to us by two separate landscape companies in the area as an outstanding company to tackle our project. (Along with our realtor’s recommendations and others.) They really lived up to their reputation as the premier hardscaping company for our very technical and challenging retaining wall build.

Carlos is an involved owner and answered questions, addressed unforeseen challenges with creativity, and communicated with us very well through the whole project.

Seth handled our City permitting and engineering requirements with expertise and patience. And the rest of the crew who were on site daily were very hardworking, considerate, and executed the plans beautifully. They installed a retaining wall, dry well, sprinkler system, fencing, pavers, concrete patio, and sod- everything was done well.

We are incredibly pleased at the end of our project and would add our recommendation as homeowners to the list of professionals and peers who recommend New Life.

Last summer we hired Carlos and the New Life Landscape team to do a complete landscape makeover at our home in Eagle. We have 3 phases to our project and two of them have thus far been completed. The starting point was essentially bare bones with little existing plants to transplant.

Overall these phases have included three sides of our yard. We had trees, rose of sharon, hibiscus planted just to name a few. The most challenging and yet most rewarding part was the build up of our non-descript yard and the addition of a beautiful running water feature in the middle of it all. This included the addition of a number of large ornate boulders to provide support for the wall. Also they added an extensive circular patio in one area to provide for our portable fire pit and chairs.

Carlos and his crew are extremely hardworking and dedicated as they braved triple digit temperatures for almost the entire project. They were always prompt and responsive with anything that was requested or required. Additionally we appreciate the one-year warranty offered on all new plant material and the support we received overall and including the adjustment needed with watering schedules.

We highly recommend Carlos and New Life and we look forward to completion of the final phase of our project this next Spring.

Carlos and his team at New Life Landscape went far beyond our expectations when I sought a company to do the landscaping at our newly constructed home. I called to request a quote and was met on site by Carlos (the owner); we discussed our requirements and Carlos developed a multi-layered plan that allowed us to start small and add layers as funds allowed. I then got a quick and honest quote and was scheduled for the next week. The crew came on site and worked through some awful weather to get the job done ahead of schedule - great final product done professionally and efficiently!

New Life Landscape transformed our backyard making it much more useable and beautiful. They listened to us and improved upon what we were looking for. We have had New Life due 4 separate projects over the last 3.5 years. It started with a deepening of our Koi pond. They used wheelbarrels to haul 9 yards of dirt from the back yard. This was done to keep the wear on the side yard to a minimum. Next project was the replacement of a flagstone patio and retaining wall. We also had a new retaining wall constructed around the Koi pond. The entire crew is very professional and easy to have on your property. The 3rd project included replacement of all concrete curbing; retaining wall across the back landscaped area; and overall landscape renovation including landscape lighting in the front and back yards. The results were amazing. The most recent project was the installation of an outdoor kitchen. They take pride in what they do and it shows in the end result. We highly recommend New Life Landscape!

Tyler (Ty) was my job foreman was great! He really knew his stuff and was able to troubleshoot the irrigation wiring problem that resulted from excavation! Through no fault of the crew, with any construction project destruction is required. What few problems did occur, were addressed immediately, even if it meant staying late to do so. My Patio and permeable paver walkway turned out rock solid and beautiful!
The job took almost three weeks to complete. The crew showed up on time every day. I was very impressed with how the guys maintained their equipment, lubing moving parts frequently. The site was cleaned up with tools and equipment put away every day. This is a quality conscious company, who respects their customers and their property.
When the job was completed there were a minor things that came up, which were addressed right away.

The only areas they could improve are their schedule estimating and billing clarity.
The initial estimated start date was June 28, the actual start date was four weeks later, July 26. The explanation was that customers ahead of my projects had made additions to their projects.
With regards to the billing clarity: I very much appreciated the fact that a detailed statement was included with the invoices, but the statement was difficult to understand, and one of the invoices was extremely high. After a few hours of review, I located the discrepancies and asked that they be corrected. I quickly received a corrected version.

Considering all factors, it was a very good experience working with New Life! I highly recommend them for their exceptional quality, professionalism, responsiveness, and follow through!

We purchased our forever home two years ago. Its an 18 year old home with an 18 year old back yard that was not functional at all. Carlos and his team at New Life Landscape did a great job transforming our dirt patch into a little paradise. With 15 trees(including 5 fruit trees), tons of plants, pavers, flagstone, a kick ass water feature, hot tub with pergola, lawn, sprinklers, dry well, shed (not picture) this yard has it all now!

We built a brand new home in the Boise foothills and were looking for the best quality landscaping we could find, while still fitting in our budget. Carlos took the time to sit down with us and consult with us on several occasions until we felt like we had the plan we wanted.

We purchased a home with an unfinished and uneven backyard. I had a rough idea of what I wanted, but we needed to fix some drainage issues first. Carlos came over and explained in clear detail about installing a dry well and then listened to my ideas for what i had in mind for the rest of the yard. After having the irrigation turned back on for the season, I had a cylinoid that went bad & with the heat about to kick in, I was concerned with the lawn getting torched. I was refered to Mr. Xavier and he came out the very next day! Wil is a total professional and an absolute master of his trade. Although this project was minor, the timing was crucial and he made it happen!

I have a TON of projects to accomplish with our large backyard and he will be the first call, trustworthy, dependable and professional.

I had a sprinkler emergency! My lawnmower decided it no longer like a certain sprinkler head and munched it. I called Wil and he came over after his day was done and fix it. He also let me watch as he educated me on how they install them. He then made sure that all my sprinklers were working before he left. I will be definitely be using again! Amazing company.
