They hire unskilled workers with little knowledge to run around to fill the void so they can say they show up to accomodate you. After six service calls in a week they send out the ones with jouneymen knowledge to recoup their losses. They cause irepairable damage to your equipment for lack of knowing the trade and still want to bill you or find some type of compromise to bail them out of the losses. they wait to call you back to all get their stories in line before the owner finds out. wish i could charge someone for not fixing something but wouldnt have the used car salesman mentality.
