Courteous, Competent and Clean. Highly recommend!
Justin from Cleanline Plumbing Solutions was subcontracted by my bathroom renovation flooring contracting to re-set a toilet in one of the bathrooms in the older home we had recently purchased and moved into.
The call center was helpful (with good follow-up) in organizing a good time and day for Justin to perform the work, and he was exactly on-time and had the materials he needed to do the job. He did so efficiently and courtesy.
In the process, it was clear to me how knowledgeable Justin was, and he allowed me to ask him multiple other questions about the plumbing in my home that were well outside of the scope of his work that day (re-set a toilet). We had an excellent conversation on the hybrid/heat-pump hot water heater that I had recently had installed (another contractor); whole home water filter system; circulation pump etc. He was very knowledgeable and very willing to share information and make recommendations.
Because of his generously sharing information (rather than just performing the job and departing quickly), he was not only able to make me aware of the other services that Cleanline Plumbing provides (full service plumbing company), but also gain a future customer for the various other maintenance and reno needs that I will have in the near future.

Cleanline replaced my water heater last year and this year there was a smell coming out of the top. I called to see if they could help and without any questions they sent a tech out to my job within an hour to look at it. It truly is nice to know that there are still companies out there that stand by there work and provide amazing customer service even after they do the initial install. Thank you Cleanline for all you have done for us!

We recently built a new home and had some issues with our water pressure and Mario from Cleanline came out and determined the pump was more than likely the problem. A few days later he called and said he had been thinking about our system and wanted to come and test it again, maybe there were other factors limiting the flow as well. He came out on a Saturday and was able to find the source of our decrease in pressure. Thank you Cleanline and thank you Mario for your persistance! That was great customer service!
