Micah was so nice and he knew right what to do. I needed my gas range connection turned off and capped. I’m switching to electric. Also Alisha in the office was so easy and fun to talk with. She scheduled everything perfectly.. I definitely will recommend A River City Plumbing service.

22 year old gas water heaters (2) finally replaced. Tom and Aydan came on time and gave me an estimate, then returned that same day to do the installation! Excellent workmanship.

Tom and his colleague were excellent. They listened to our dilemma and offered options to fix our problems. They were very professional when they came to install our new hot water heater and filter and thoroughly explained how to maintain it. I would definitely recommend this company.

Aaron and Michael came out to help with a leak from my bathtub and did an excellent job. The issue was difficult to pinpoint, but they were patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. They didn’t mind me asking questions or helping troubleshoot along the way.

Aydan and Tom were quick to diagnose the problem with our garbage disposal and efficiently replaced our damaged one without mess. My only complaint is that there was no breakdown of labor and materials to look at for only 30 minutes of labor and for a garbage disposal that they had on hand, and no prices are listed on their website, making me feel like I could have looked at cheaper options elsewhere. Thankfully, they did honor a coupon I found on the website.

Our service with A River City Plumbing Service was fantastic from start to finish. Beginning with the receptionist, Linda, who assisted us in connecting with our servicemen was polite, friendly, and helpful. She and the rest of the staff were extremely prompt in getting us an appointment set up for the very next day after our initial call.

We worked with the father and son team of Jesse and Josh for our service. Jesse and Josh were extremely thorough and solved the problem quickly and easily. In addition, they also emphasized educating me as much as possible through the process so I could understand what they were doing, why, and how to best maintain my system to prevent any future problems.

I would definitely call these gentlemen again for service. They were prompt, respectful, and very knowledgable on their trade.

Joshua and Jesse were amazing. They were very accommodating when I had to change an appointment at the last minute and then arrived on time and were extremely professional. Rather than upsell me, they educated me and then recommended improvements to be done in the Spring. I will definitely call them in May. Kudos!

I’d also like to give a shout-out to Tom and Ayden who diagnosed and returned to replace an old sink and faucet. Very efficient and incredibly kind. I’m a customer for life!

From my first call when my water heater went out, my experience was great. Within an hour of calling Tom and Aiden were at my home to help. Tom explained clearly that my 10 year old water heater was not worth fixing. He helped me understand my options and cost. I chose an electric water heater instead of another gas one which was much more affordable for me. He also contacted an electrician to add a junction box. Tom and Aiden removed my old water heater and had the new one in place by the end of the day. I would absolutely recommend A Rivercity Plumbing. Thank you!

Forever GRATEFUL for river city plumbing. I called them on a emergency repair for my mothers water heater as she had no hot water for 24h The owner picked up, dispatched tom and Adien SAME DAY. Tom and Adien educated me on the issue, gave me serval options go. After deciding, tom connected me with the amazing office staff alisha,peggy and linda. They gave me options on payment, helped me schedule the follow up visit and get all the finalized paperwork/ got me photos to send to our insurance.

Tom and Adien, was kind and let Dan know about our bad water heater door. Dan sent someone out with a new wood door free of charge.

A total of 48h later. Our insurance inspector came out and found another issue! A leaking pipe. I called Tom and Adrian they came SAME DAY and got the job done!

My pipes completely froze up last night and I was left with no running water and a huge fear of them suddenly bursting soon. The team came out very quickly after I called and provided stellar service despite all the complications that come up with fixing plumbing issues in a manufactered home.

Dan, Jason and Rilley were friendly and transparent about everything they were doing as they were dethawing my pipes. The work they provided was done in a timely manner, professional and very well priced for all they did. Big kudos to Jason especially for crawling underneath the crawl space and taking the time to re-winterize my pipes running underneath!

They went above and beyond to help out with my situation and made sure that all my pipes were properly insulated and protected and was able to find a solution to get me running water until the weather warms so they can fix the core issue. Linda in the office was also very kind and helped me out during the booking and payment side of things. I highly recommend River City Plumbing! Thank you to the whole team!
