Today I called Scott at Scott’s Plumbing and in the same day he sent Tory and Derick out to help with a leaky shower and toilet. As promised, they called before they arrived. I was given an estimate and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I have used Scott’s Plumbing for over five years and everything is always done quickly and very well!

We had a main-line leak in our house and garage. I called Scott's Plumbing because he had good reviews and I wanted to give my business to an independent small business.
When Scott arrived he quickly assessed the situation and told me that in addition to the line repair, we also had major water damage in the wall and adjoining bedroom.
He quoted me $1685 to repair the line, and then wanted me to sign up for water mitigation repairs for and additional $5700. With no explanation of just what was going to be done. He also explained to me we had 10 days before mold settled in and we had to decide quickly what we were going to do. At this point, I had no idea how long it had been leaking so the 10 mark didn't make any sense to me.
I had water mitigation completed by another company who charged me less than 1/4 of his price. Needless to say, Scott's pricing was WAY out of line
I paid him to repair my main-line and his employee did a good job. When your main-line is leaking- you don't have the time to get bids. I honestly feel taken advantage of. Sorry Scott, thumbs down for this gal! -

Scott’s Plumbing came by today. I had the pleasure of working with Derek and Tory. They were both very kind, helpful, and timely. They seemed knowledgeable and genuinely wanting to help. I was really impressed with how quick and efficient they were, they didn’t spend a lot of time standing around chatting. They found the problem, did what they could to fix it, were very open and informative and didn’t leave a mess behind them. I’m only sorry they had to go under our house into the crawl space - eek!

The only reason for four stars instead of five, is because we really don’t have a definitive answer on the issue and due to the season, I understand it’s expensive, but the bill was a little steep.
