Today I called Scott at Scott’s Plumbing and in the same day he sent Tory and Derick out to help with a leaky shower and toilet. As promised, they called before they arrived. I was given an estimate and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I have used Scott’s Plumbing for over five years and everything is always done quickly and very well!

Scott did a great job. He was able to get to us within a day, was on time and tried to save us money but do the repairs right and up to code. Highly Recommend Scott’s Plumbing.

Had Scott replace my water main and hot water heater. He was on time, polite, and professional. His bid was a great price and he finished within the projected time frame. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely use his services again. Great Job Thank You!

Scott was really responsive and communicated the whole way, which is so important with plumbing issues! My daughter’s landlord uses him and he did a great job for them, so I was very grateful for the referral.

Got a fixture off our shower that I broke trying to swap out a cartridge with a stripped/stuck set screw( due to hard water minerals). They drilled out the screw and replaced the cartridge, shower working like new. Highly recommend Scotts plumbing

Scott has been so amazing helping me navigate through the nightmare of a plumbing leak under my slab. From answering my desperate call immediately, helping set up all that needed to be done in order to fix the problem, documenting for insurance purposes and then finishing the whole project in a timely manner, he has been the best. I cannot thank him enough for all he has done for me and would 100% recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.

We had a two-day plumbing job that was completed in just one day so we weren't left without water over night. Not only did Scott finish the job quickly, but he also took care of an HVAC issue and leaky drain for us. Professional, efficient, and highly skilled.

We have used Scott’s plumbing twice. He is very quick to respond and does fantastic work. The first time we called him we had an emergency flooding situation and he was so helpful. We didn’t hesitate to call him again.

Scott is awesome!!! My water heater started leaking Christmas Eve and Scott called me back in a half hour to make sure I was able to turn it off so it wouldn't leak anymore. He came out the day after Christmas to install a new very high quality water heater. Very very responsive, on time arrivals and truly cares about his customers!!!! The only plumber I trust in North Idaho! I've tried at least 3 others in the area but Scott is the most professional, honest, reliable and responsive. In the past other plumbers guess at the problem and do work arounds, often costing me. Scott works hard to find the root of the problem and explains the solution in detail so you're a more knowledgeable home/property owner. He has worked on one of my residential properties as well at my commercial retail building. I highly recommend Scott's services and beware of other plumbers especially when they are not properly licensed.

I have had Scotts plumbing do multiple jobs for me and he is so dependable and honest.

I needed a new hot water tank. Scott did a great job. He was prompt, professional, and polite.
He gave me a very reasonable quote (much less expensive than some of the others). He was on time, did good work, and made a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was working right. I would use Scott’s Plumbing again without hesitation.

Scott got our new under-the-counter water filtration system installed like a champ! He made specific recommendations on placement and changed out a manufacturer-included part for something that would be less likely to leak in the future. Filter works beautifully. Definitely recommend!!

I had to call Scott’s Plumbing on a Sunday due to frozen pipes -this was on 1-14-2024. Scott was very responsive and upfront about his prices. He and his team were able to help and communicated effectively with me. The service was timely. The team was patient and answered all my questions. His team including Derick, Troy, and Dan were all very helpful. The others present were helpful as well. It was also nice that the team gave me advice on how to prevent problems in the future. I would easily call them again.

Our overall experience with Scott’s plumbing was good. He was responsive and very knowledgeable of his trade! We had a few hiccups along the way, but those were not Scott’s doing - the former owner had installed the plumbing and unfortunately, an issue surfaced that could have been catastrophic, but Scott addressed that issue and the original one. He was very good at explaining the original problem and ensured it won’t recur. Most of the work was done in a crawl space and quite restrictive. Scott is friendly, informative and diligent as he works. It wasn’t inexpensive, but when it comes to plumbing we prefer quality versus a cheap and substandard repair.
