Top Notch is a delight to work with. Very professional, on time and a great price compared to other quotes. Kurt came out and he is well spoken, intelligent, friendly, and great at listening to what you want done. Has all the right tools. Comes from a family with logging experience. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the results of Top Notch’s service. Kurt had great communication with us and really listened to what we wanted for our property. We had several dead and dying trees that he removed with precision, being careful of our surrounding plants and trees. We will definitely hire him for future needs!

Kurt Cook was a great find. We used Top Notch Tree Service to take down a single large Lodge Pole Pine next to the water. The tree was down in minutes, but he spent the rest of the morning carrying it out. Polite, professional, and left the yard clean without a trace. Thank you for your hard work.

I called Top Notch Tree Service to get a bid on taking down a tree in my front yard. This was a 50’ jack pine. Not only was it leaning, it was situated between my propane tank and my shop. For a very fair price, and in a short period of time, Kurt took down that tree safely and efficiently. (He is also an all around good guy.) I highly recommend him for any tree service that you need.

So glad I chose Kurt to remove the 10 large Lodge Pole pines were leaning too close to my house and garage. His bid seemed reasonable and I was impressed with his professionalism. Each tree demanded his expertise to ensure that no other property was affected. He also transported logs to neighbors who wanted wood and cut & stacked rounds near my fire pit. Thorough & diligent, Kurt also removed all brush & branches, raked up other debris, & went over any ruts that his equipment made in the driveway. Hard work done efficiently and expertly, and my property looks great.

Kurt was excellent. Professional, efficient, cleaned up completely. He took down a very large cedar tree next to our garage. He is well versed in safely cutting down trees. I have already referred him to my friends and family. His services are competitively priced. I highly recommend him and plan to use him again on several other trees.

I needed over a dozen trees taken down. Many were dangerous for my home. Curt did an amazing job! Some trees needed to come down in pieces. Beautiful clean up!! I highly recommend his tree expertise!!

Kurt Cook did a great job taking down three really big trees that needed to be carefully brought down on our property. Did a nice job with cut down, stacking and cleanup. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for this type of work.

Kurt and his guys did an amazing job taking out several trees and limbing up several more to open up our view more of the water. They went above and beyond! Hard workers, great at what they do, and fully cleaned up a large work site. We’re very impressed, we highly recommend to all, and we will use him again! Top Notch Tree Service has helped us twice to date, and we have asked him to return for more this spring. He has done an amazing job of evaluating the trees on our property. His advice, whether to remove a tree or keep it (he does not hesitate to use the "keep it" category if he feels the tree is healthy) has been the correct advice every time. He has climbed and limbed view trees with precision. He pruned 2 cherry trees that we had previously mutilated in our attempt to prune - they are thriving. This is second time we’ve used Kurt to remove pine and larch trees. Very happy with his work and cleanup. Kurt is friendly and easy to work with. ( one of the few contractors that will return your calls). We have used a couple other tree removal services in the past. We are sticking with Kurt ( Top Notch Tree Service)

Kurt dropped two cottonwoods for me. The one in the video is about 80 feet tall. I’m a retired lineman and have worked with tree trimmers for 40 years. I can tell you that Kurt is a well experienced journeyman arborist. He was fast and made it look easy. As important as cutting them down, his cleanup was immaculate.
Cost was more than fair. If you decide to hire him, you won’t be disappointed. A fair and honest businessman.

This is our 2nd project with Top Notch. A total of 5 trees needed to be take down. As before the work was done on time and as quoted. Cleanup was completed as agreed and we are very pleased with the overall project. Will definitely use them again in the future, and recommend to others !
