Home Services reviews in Rathdrum, Idaho

I recommend Mountain View Tree service highly! They were fast, professional, reasonably priced and so kind and respectful of our home. Clean up was also impressive. You won’t regret hiring Lee and his team!

Lee and his crew were quick and respectable and courteous. We have been using him for years and will continue to do so. Very fair pricing, and they did a amazing cleanup when they were all finished. My trees look beautiful!! Thank you Lee.

Lee and his team at Mountain View Tree Service are great! Professional, easy to work with, and they do an excellent job of pruning, cleanup and hauling. They are very knowledgeable about proper pruning, and are willing to explain and discuss the best methods for each tree, ensuring tree health and visual appeal. They'll also take a tree out, if needed, and do the same great job of cleanup. I've worked with them for years - they're the best!!

Prompt professional service! Fair pricing and knowledgeable arborist! Team of sawyers working safely in the most dangerous situations very impressive!

Lee & his crew are amazing. This is the 3rd huge job they have done for us. 100’s of trees n stumps removed. I was sceptical the first time because we were quoted a daily rate, but when the crew arrived an never quit moving all day except for a quick lunch break, I was impressed. They clean up great n leave everything neat n clean. Wouldn’t hire anyone else for our tree work. Great friendly & professinal service at it’s best!

Lee and his team are extremely professional. With great customer service from the initial bid visit to the end of the job. We received 3 bids and Mountain View Tree Srvc was the best with an added discount because our neighbors also booked their srvc for the same day. Mtn View also takes good care of their employees by providing benefits which meant a lot to me. We had them fall a 70’ tree and they were fast and efficient while taking great care of the yard. Also stump grinding and cleaned up so well you could hardly tell they were there. I just saved you from getting bids… just call Mtn View!!!

Lee was very easy to talk too and professional. We had two pines and two ornamental plums to be windsailed and trimmed next to the house. Mac came off his camping trip early just to get it done. He did a fantastic job. I no longer have too worry about waking up to one of those pines laying in my bed after some of these winter storms. Thanks so much. I would definitely use them again.

What an amazing crew! Lee quoted the job, and managed to return the following day! His crew was so interesting to watch as the trees came down. They are a very impressive bunch. Call them first when you need a job done and done right! Thank you very much!

I booked them for a move out cleaning and it was fantastic, it made me book them once a month after that. Due to an emergency surgery I needed a deep clean before I got home they were able to clean my house with a two day notice. Absolutely amazing company. Above and beyond service for a decent price.

We had a fantastic experience with Joshua, Travis, and their helper! They did an excellent job aerating and de-thatching our yard—efficient, professional, and super friendly throughout the whole process. They worked hard and left our yard looking so much healthier and cleaner. You can tell they really care about doing the job right. Highly recommend these guys if you want your lawn in great hands!

Good Soil Lawn Maintenance is incredible! I don’t think there could be a person with a more generous heart than Joshua! He showed up at my elderly dad’s house in Hayden and got his yard all fixed up nice. My dad is so grateful! I am as well! He is 86 and not able to do what he once did. Josh and his team made him feel comfortable and not embarrassed.
Thank you again Joshua and Good Soil! You are a blessing!

My wife and I have had an excellent experience with Good Soil
Lawn Care. Joshua is responsive to any questions and has kept
our yard looking good. We will continue with them in the spring.
Don't hesitate to give Good Soil Lawn Care & Maintenance a try.

We hired Josh to maintain our six unit condo association in North Idaho. From the beginning, Josh has been very accommodating and willing to tackle all of the various aspects of our landscape maintenance. He has performed new landscaping work, including new beds with fresh mulch and installation of new plant material. Additionally, he has taken care of our spring and fall cleaning. The weekly lawn mowing service has been excellent, and we appreciate his attention to detail. We will be staying with Good Soil for the 2026 Season. Thank you, Josh!

Good Soil installed gravel along the street in front of my house for people to park on. Seems like just simple work, but somebody else did something for me in the past and it wasn't good. Good soil did a great job.
