These guys are awesome! Prompt arrival, super friendly and SO knowledgeable. As a first time home owner, I had a lot of questions about how my HVAC worked. All of them were answered very thoroughly and politely and I love that in a company! I will definitely use this company for all of my heating and cooling needs in the future.

We couldn't be more happy with our experience with Dan at Value Heating. Despite negative temperatures and nearly impassable roads due to snow, Dan came out to repair our furnace and restore heat to our house on a chilly -5 degree morning. We have also used him to repair our air conditioning unit and were very happy with his work. We will absolutely use Value Heating in the future.

I have used Value Heating and Cooling for years professionally and personally. Every time I call Dan is very helpful. He will help diagnose problem over the phone to help save me money. If that is unsuccessful he will be there at his earliest convenience to solve my problem. One thing I can say about Dan is his integrity. He will get the job done right and will not try to sell you anything you do not need. I can honestly say this is a company I trust. I would highly recommend Value Heating for your HVAC needs.

Since purchasing our home in 2008, we've had constant air flow and filtration issues with our heater / AC system. Had two other heating companies out and still it just didn't seem like it was working right. When Dan from Value Heating came out, he almost immediately recognized the problem, and took care of it. The next day he even brought custom filters. Within a few hours we could feel the difference. Highly recommended!

Our heater decided to stop working during a frigid, snowy night. We called after hours and Dan was so helpful and found a solution to keep the heater working until the parts we needed could be ordered. I was refered to Value through my home warranty company during the week of triple digit temps. Every repair company was backed out 3 weeks. Dan returned my call with in 15 min. on Tuesday. Told me that he was backed way out (weeks) but would try to swing past between jobs on Thursday or Friday to see if it was a quick fix or not. He came on Wednesday and had me up and running in 15 minutes! Value has earned my business and I will be scheduling maintenance with them this Fall!

I’ve had Value heating come to my house twice now.. first time they replaced the coil on my AC because it was bad.. totally happy with the speed and quality of work!! Second time (2/3 years later) I called Dan because the home inspection for selling our house found a “leak in the furnace”. Dan literally walked my husband and I through fixing it over the phone, then came out and verified that it was repaired. It was just a clogged drain. Serviced the furnace while they were out here. Will always be calling Value for any of my HVAC needs or issues!

Excellent service, call for service on Tuesday evening, Dan left me a message and called on Wednesday morning. Came over while I was at work and fixed my A/C, then left a friendly message to let me know work was finished. Less than twenty-four hours from first contact and the job is done! Impressed and would call him again. Thank you Dan!

I have used Value Heating Inc for several years now. I will never use anyone else. Today I called when it was after business hours and instead of asking me to make an appointment, Dan took the time to walk me through several steps to fix the issue over the phone. I’m extremely happy that my house will have AC in this 100* weather.

My furnace stopped producing heat yesterday, but the fan worked perfectly. I called Dan and Value Heating to discuss coming out to fix the problem. He was incredibly helpful. So helpful, he walked me through diagnosing the problem! I had no idea what kind of furnace I had, despite having the owners manual. I was able to text him a photo of the unit, he called me back and told me what the problem was and how to fix it myself. One tiny screw, a wrench and an emery board later, I had the fuel sensor cleaned - back in place and was up an running again. Even though Dan didn't get to drop by and charge me for a service call, I hope to help bring him additional business. Because the next time something goes terribly wrong with my heating or air unit, he'll be the first one to get mine! Thanks for such great customer service, and truly going above and beyond. On time, knowledgeable and fixed our furnace. Dan knew what he was talking about and did not try to sell me a new system before he looked into the problem. I had a different company look at it and they were ready to sell me a new furnace before even diagnosing the problem. It was a simple fix and is heating properly. Can't recommend Dan enough!

I sent the same message to 20 different HVAC companies. That message was akin to "I need a thermostat that does not require the eyes of a hawk nor an advanced degree in computer programming." Of the 20, 12 did not even respond. Of those that did respond, most clearly did not understand the message and merely suggested installing a more advanced control device than I already had. Dan was the only one that clearly understood the message. Dan was also one of the first to respond. He knew exactly what I was looking for. Given the time of year, I expected it to be weeks before he could fix the issue. Several of those that responded had a waiting list at least a month long. Dan was able to squeeze me in within the week. He installed a very simple to operate thermostat with a display I can read from six feet away. He also was less expensive than any other company that responded. He also took the time to check out my heating system, changed the filter, and explained the system and suggested maintenance to me. A very kind, professional, understanding person and company.

Dan at Value Heating is amazing! Very honest and helpful! I called him for a system estimate. He wasn't able to come out and bid for medical reasons but he reviewed other bids I had received and gave me some advice. Then he asked what was wrong with the system. When I told him, he gave me a couple of things to check first. I checked on those and was able to repair my existing system myself for under $50!! Thank you Dan! I will ALWAYS call Value for HVAC work!

I called Value Heating after noticing our heat wasn’t turning on, it was a Saturday, not regular business hours. Dan answered and went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us diagnose our issue over the phone without asking for a dime in return. Turns out our furnace was functioning properly but we just needed a new thermostat. He even offered to walk us through installing the new thermostat over the phone if we needed. Dans help was such a blessing to our family, and it is so rare to find someone who will help without asking for something in return. If we ever have any future issues we will absolutely use Value Heating and Air as well as refer our friends and family. It is clear Dan operates with integrity and truly values his customers. Dan has been servicing my ac and furnace for about 6 years. He has always been on time, professional, and fair. Recently my ac wouldn't turn on and everyone was booked out for over a week to fix it and Dan was out a few days himself. I was starting to stress due to have a 7 month old baby and the house getting too hot. I gave Dan a call and he was able to do diagnostics over the phone and knew right away what the issue was. Turns out it was a 2 second fix. Im so thankful that he approached the situation with general care and did what he could to help me!
