Paul and his crew were great! I had a mess in our front and side yard that needed a whole new look. Paul created the project design that entailed removal of tree, grading/leveling, new sod, mulch and planting of new bushes, tree and other plants. The crew worked fast and efficient. Highly recommend them!

PTL Landscape has been great to work with. For the last several years, we have had Paul and his crew servicing both our snow removal and landscape maintenance needs for many of our retail properties. We appreciate the good work and great pricing.

These guys were great! Considering the problems with the weather and material shortages in 2022, Paul always kept in touch with us with an update. Once the crew started, they completed the job as promised. Paul and his crew were always very professional and cleaned up the area very well before they left. I would highly recommend PTL. Paul was willing to come out to our house several times to discuss our wants and needs for updated landscaping. He provided us with a blueprint of what plants etc would go where along with printed photos so we would know what each looks like. His team was respectful of our property, not leaving any damage to our existing lawn during the process. Paul is easy to reach and responds quickly. We are very happy with our new landscape.

PTL rehabbed our yard after a different landscaper’s failed work, worked with us to identify the issues preventing our grass from growing, and went above and beyond our expectations in our sod install. If you want someone focused on the quality of the work and not just the quantity of the bottom line, PTL should be your first call!

We had contacted PTL after a different landscaper’s sod installation died and left us with a literal mud pit for a backyard. Paul came out that week and immediately identified that the amount of tree shade in our backyard would never allow sod to survive. Instead of just doing the job to make a quick buck as the first landscaper had clearly done, Paul recommended an excellent tree service who we promptly called to have our tree canopy trimmed and a few struggling trees removed. Paul and his crew then came out and installed sod on our budget—and let me tell you, the difference in the work between the first landscaper and PTL was remarkable! They installed sod in our back and side yard, but they also mulched the perimeter, cleared any remaining debris from the tree removal, weeded all flower and plant beds, and blew the entire back yard after installation. Since the install, Paul has been readily available by text to answer all our obsessive watering and grass health questions and continues to guarantee the work. My wife and I feel confident in our burgeoning yard, reassured by Paul’s guarantee of the work, and we are genuinely excited to keep working with PTL and will be using his company to add perimeter trees and landscape the front of our house in the future. Our only regret is that Paul was our second landscaper and not our first!

Fantastic experience with Paul and his crew at PTL Landscaping. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job working with our French Drain laying sod and install of edging and mulch. They left no dirt on our new patio they had to use to work on the yard. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing service! 1000% recommend. We can't stop admiring our lawn. We had a very large dip in our lawn along with a giant step leading from the patio to the grass, which was extremely dangerous, and PTL not only fixed it but made it look absolutely stunning!
We now have a a flat, leveled lawn that our kids can run around on. We couldn't be happier! We also needed some trees moved and they did it with ease, no problem what so ever- and did it the proper way.
Team is quick, efficient and cleans up after themselves which is a big plus.

When I posted I needed help, Jose was first to respond and came to my rescue!! He worked hard and did a great job even tho weather conditions were bad. He was reasonably priced and on time. Jose from Monarch Landscaping and Design does not complete his required landscaping job! Furthermore, he doesn’t even show up to start a job after several excusable attempts. Jose came out to my house a week before he was required to start the landscaping on my yard for a price and start estimate of the job, but due to Jose’s lack of organization, communication, and procrastination, my landscaping job was never completed on the day we both agreed on. And now my story with Monarch Landscaping and Design:

I took off from work and had my in-laws watch my dog knowing Jose will come out to my house for a long landscaping job in my yard. Jose stated he would be at my house at 7:00 AM. 7:00 AM arrived, and I have not heard from Jose till 10:12 AM, stating “the mulch has been ordered”. At 2:30 PM Jose stated “the mulch had ran out” and would not be able to deliver the 3.0 yards of mulch. Therefore, we both agreed he would come out the next morning at 8:00 AM. 8:00 AM arrived and Jose once again did not show up. At 9:02 AM I texted Jose stating, “what the status of you coming over this morning?” Finally, my wife and I were fed up with the lack of communication, punctuality, and excuses. Therefore, I sent Jose a text stating, “Jose, you didn’t show up this morning at 8:00 AM like you stated. Therefore, I’ll have to look for someone else to complete the job.” At 11:20 AM Jose Facebook Messaged me stating, “I broke my phone and I’m getting a new one now.” My wife and couldn’t take anymore excuses.

In regards to my note, I highly DO NOT recommend doing any business with Monarch Landscaping and Design. The act of unprofessional behavior, lack of communication, and false promises kept growing dealing with Monarch Landscaping and Design. Please, look for another landscaper that can get the job done, unlike Monarch Landscaping and Design.

Used Jose and team for multiple projects. Excellent service, great communication, fair pricing for work, projects are done fast, and genuinely nice to work with. Highly recommend.

NEVER NEVER use this company to put mulch down by your home!! Jose put mulch down about six weeks ago probably 10 inches up all around my home on top of the brick, he did come to remove it because I couldn’t stand the smell. It was giving me headaches. He put mulch at least 10 inches around my house and in my trees!!
I don’t know how to get rid of the smell because it’s leaked into my crawlspace now, I called several places for options, but it’s very expensive. I’m not even gonna bother to call Jose because I don’t think he really understand what’s going on. I’m so angry right now I could scream he did come and remove some of the mulch but for the last two weeks. I have raked the mulch from around the front of my house and put it in the big giant garbage cans and had it removed again this week I will have to go out there and do the same to try to keep getting rid of the mulch. I’m not kidding you this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with the landscaper the absolute worst and trying to get the guy here a whole new story!!!!!
I am going to file a complaint against Monarch Landscaping.

I had contacted Jose 2 days ago to put up christmas lights on the roof and gutters of my house. He responded right away and told me when he would come and exactly what I needed to have for easy installation. He came over today and had it done in about 2.5 hours! He was phenomenal and the lights look great. I had a quote for close to 1,000 dollars from other companies and he was a fraction of the price! I couldn’t recommend him anymore!! Fantastic!!

We had a deck repair and some manor electric work done. Jose communicated with us every step of the way. Unfortunately weather didn't co- operate to finish staining deck, once the rain passed the staining took place. Jose was very professional and a hard worker. I would recommend him. I would use him again. Thank you Jose and Jesus for a beautiful deck!!

Monarch did an amazing job on a couple of projects for my home. Turning wasted, weedy areas into beautiful, usable space. Not only did Jose and team communicate frequently and often about progress, time, and materials, they completed the projects on time and in budget. Highly recommend.
