I am a board member of a condo association. Our president found J&S Tree Service through a friend. I have to say from the start, they were absolutely professional. They listened to our needs and wants, and made recommendations. They were educating but not pushy! Prices were excellent! The service came to the property today, they were prompt, professional, and very careful with our property. They even handled the disgruntled unit owners when they came out to complain about the board’s decision! Sorry, side bar! The clean up was great, afterwards spend time with us on suggestions for replacements, based on our property, concerns for privacy and the “look” we are trying to retain! Would highly recommend them, very good!

From initial contact to job completion was fantastic. I reached out on the weekend, had an estimate the next day and work completed within 2 days. Stephanie, Greg and the whole crew are extremely professional, knowledgeable, safe, fast etc. I HIGHLY recommend.

If you need a tree removed look no further than J&S. They first removed my neighbor's large tree from their backyard. They worked hard and efficiently. They needed access to my yard and Greg was polite and the team made sure my yard was cleaned up properly once the work was complete. I then contacted Stephanie for a quote as I needed a tree removed as well. She was polite and gave a very fair estimate and detailed explanation of what would be done. The work was completed quickly and just as promised. I will definitely call them for future needs and recommend to my friends and neighbors.

I called J&S from friends recommendations and within 2 hours they were onsite checking out our tree. They were knowledgeable and honest about our trees situation (storm damage) & their recommendation to remove the tree was ultimately what we decided to do after another quote. They came out the next day to remove the tree & grind down the stump. The crew communicated well with us and cleaned everything up. Their price was within reason given we needed it completed fast. I would 100% use J&S again and would recommend them to others as well.

I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. We had an urgent situation where our tree looked ready to fall on our neighbor’s house. They came out same week to take care of it, and I can imagine spring is a busy time for them. The crew was very efficient, accommodating, and professional, and explained everything. This is our second time using their services and we will continue to work with them in the future for tree trimming.

The J&S team was fantastic! I highly recommend them for excellent tree removal. High winds blew down a pine in backyard and Stephanie came out the same day as phone call to assess the tree and another that I wanted cut down. She arranged the crew to be here next day. Excellent job!

Thank you, J & S Tree Service, for a wonderful job on trimming the 43 year old silver maple tree in my backyard (which was severely overgrown) and the ornamental trees and an evergreen on my property. Their pricing is phenomenal, and the job they did exceeded my expectations. I received a quote the same day I requested one, and J & S was on the job the very next day. Their crew was very professional and very helpful in answering my questions. From the initial call to J & S through completion of the job, everything went smoothly. The crew did a complete cleanup upon finishing the job. I will be recommending them to friends and family without hesitation.

Yesterday was the third time had the pleasure of J &S’s service. Each time we used them, Stephanie responded super quickly and professionally. We needed a very tall old tree trimmed aggressively and they were able to come out and take care of it quickly with a large crew and lots of equipment. They were efficient and reasonable in price. They cleaned up very well and I could not be more pleased with the service & work they performed. George did an excellent job trimming our maple tree. He and his crew are very polite and use excellent safety precautions when doing the work. I recently had an 8 foot branch break off and went through the side of my garage I contacted J & S Tree Service. Stephanie took the call and the next day Jorge and his crew came out and removed the branch, excellent service and reasonable price! Nice to see a family business taking care of their customers like Family.

J&S Tree Service were great! Jorge and his crew took down a huge Maple tree in my backyard. They went above and beyond to make sure not to ruin my grass or driveway. All this and at a great price. They were the least expensive in the 4 quotes I received. Great price and great work! Thanks J&S!

The S&J Tree Service crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. They took down my dying Russian Elm, removed my over grown yew bushes and did a fantastic job of cleaning up the yard. The price was reasonable and the crew was friendly. I'll be using them again and I highly recommend them!

I just wanted to say thank you for the great service. Stephanie came out and did an initial estimate without hours of me inquiring online. On the actual day of work, the J&S guys were friendly and professional and took great care of our property. Our problematic tree & branches were removed without issue, and they even trimmed back neighboring trees and cleared away all debris. Great customer satisfaction. We will keep you in mind for future work.

I've been using J&S for 10 years on a few tree trimmings and removals at my home. Their pricing is always very fair for the scope of work they've done, and their responsiveness is the best. Jorge is very attentive to details and is always helpful with extras before they leave. The last job they did was cutting back some overgrown trees and brush so I could install some temporary fencing. Jorge called and offered to install the fence before he left!

Prompt response to inquiry, diligently worked on site, knowledgeable about plants and pests, picked up after themselves, timely completed all requested tasks. We will definitely hire J&S when we need tree and shrub services.

My experience with J&S was fabulous from start to finish, starting with the fact Jorge came out on a Sunday to quote my job since I work during the week - who does that?? I needed multiple trees removed, especially over my house and a lot of oaks trimmed up. The meticulous way Jorge took down the trees over my house was comforting and he was the person in the bucket lift doing it to ensure it was done right. The entire J&S team who were on the job that day did an amazing job of large trunk piece removals, stump grinding, clean up, etc. all at a very fair price. J&S quote was the best by far out of four quotes and their quality of work was outstanding. If you need tree work done, be sure you include J&S for their quote, you will not be sorry!
