I wanted to update my prior review, which didn’t do justice for the service I received. I was in a real pickle. The night before I was about to leave on a long RV trip (Chicago to California), I used my outdoor spigot to put some fresh water in my motorhome. I wasn’t able to shut the water off at the spigot - the valve stem in the spigot was damaged. I had to use the main shut off valve for the whole house - we had no running water and my wife needed to have running water while I was gone. Fortunately, I was able to go online and schedule a Comfort Masters plumber to come to house the next morning. Obviously, the spigot needed to be replaced, but it was an unusual size and not immediately available. The Service Master plumber recognized my situation and was able to quickly solve my problem by installing an emergency shut off valve on the water line leading to that spigot. It took him very little time and I was able to hit the road much sooner than I believed possible. Thank you Service Masters!

Haris is one of a kind, probably the best technician to have worked on the house. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest. Went above and beyond with not only resolving the issues but helping me learn some of the ins and outs so I can understand the situation better. Will only be asking for Haris moving forward. Highly recommend him.

My new Lennox gas furnace was installed today by Gerardo and Dan. I am very satisfied with their outstanding job. It is highly comendable. Dan explained to me everything that I needed to know about the new Lennox gas furnace, new Honeywell thermostat, the new April Aire humidifier and APCO-X ULTRA Air Treatment System.
I will highly recommend them to friends.

Haris did an amazing job fixing our humidifier that runs with the furnace. He took time to explain the problem. He also took time to explain how to prevent further issues, along with ways to maintain the attached water pump. Thank you so much!!

Haris came out to do our annual furnace inspection. He was very thorough and pointed out what parts we want to have replaced next year. He also gave many tips on things I can do to keep our furnace, humidifier and water heater running for many years to come.

Dan explained clearly what he was doing and how failure would affect our HVAC system. I hope he is available and can be assigned for our spring a/c system evaluation and maintenance. We have been loyal customers since they installed the system, ten years ago.

We used Comfort Masters to install a new in-line humidifier and Air Filter/UV system. The old system was incorrectly installed and not functioning. Haris removed the old system and installed the new one. He did a very professional job. What an improvement. We will be having a tankless water heater installed in a few months, we will definitely ask that Haris to do the installation and all future maintenance checks. Great service.

Spencer did an outstanding job replacing our sump pump. The work was completed quickly and professionally, and they left the area spotless. Highly recommend.

It's always good to have Roy check our systems, whether it's our furnace or a/c. He found that our ignitor needed replacing at this inspection and did it in only 20 minutes. He is thorough, efficient and nice! We've had the Comfort Masters system and service since 2017, bought via Costco.

Had our heating system replaced. Dan and John did the unit replacement and they were great. Explained what they were doing and told us the time frame it would be done which they followed. New heating unit works great. Will definitely recommend to friends and family

Arrived on time on a snowy day. Showed respect for our home and got right to work. It was just a furnace inspection but the tech was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and was in and out promptly. I have been using Golden Seal for years and have never had an issue with their work.

Joshua Smith was our technician today. My husband was impressed with the service provided today. Joshua did a thorough inspection, patient, knowledgeable and provided additional information regarding troubleshooting if necessary. This is the first time he experience this type of service with a serviceman. Kudos to you, Joshua.
The maintenance service (2 visits per year) was included with the purchase of the system.

Miguel was outstanding. His service on my older furnace was far above anything I have experienced ever since I bought the unit. Nigel was exceptional with answering any questions regarding my past experience with Jerome. Both Miguel and Nigel are a great team and deserve recognition for their exceptional customer service. Please recognize their extra effort and know they are an asset to your company

Nigel was so patient and helpful in talking us through our options for a new furnace and AC. He's extremely knowledgeable and gave us solid recommendations on what size and type systems our house actually needs (previous systems were old builder grade that were not the appropriate size for our house). He made us feel at ease and talked us through every step of the process.

Both guys were super nice, explained lots, and were a pleasure to work with, giving me confidence in my furnace repair. I felt very comfortable with Hubert & Dan in my home. Because of them l am staying with the monthly program.

Haris was amazing! My boiler went out during the below degree weather and Haris was quick to get everything evaluated and made sure to educate me on things I never knew. He was pleasant and worked diligently to make sure everything was completed and in working order. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Haris is by far the best tech we have ever had! He is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! We appreciate his sincere honesty and willingness to solve any problem. He is definitely an all around good person! Way to go Comfort Masters

12/5/25 Today, I had the Annual Furnace Maintenance completed by Comfort Masters/Service Experts. Hubert, the Maintenance Tech, did a superb job of explaining everything that was done for the system maintenance check. Detailed pictures were taken of everything that was checked on the furnace (which made it much easier for me to understand.) He went through each picture! He also went a step further, and explained the items I should keep an eye out for possible future issues. Both gentlemen made solid recommendations, but were not pushy. (I especially liked that!) The questions I posed to them were answered in clear concise manner; in terms I could understand as a woman not familiar with the mechanics of HVAC. Both of these gentlemen were very considerate and respectful.
Actually, five stars is not enough for their excellent service, I’d give them ten stars!

We had HVAC maintenance this morning and our service rep Wes was outstanding. He gave an honest appraisal of our 13 year old system telling what was good and what is needed to maintain the system. I then spoke with Andrew the Sales Consultant. They both gave a no hard sell list of options including repairing, replacement or leasing a new system. I haven't made a decision yet but it was a pleasure dealing with such an outstanding company.

I had a fantastic experience with my HVAC install. Daniel and Johnny were amazing! They got the job done efficiently, even in record-breaking freezing temperatures. I really appreciate their hard work and dedication. Highly recommend

Haris performed our annual furnace tune up. He worked quickly and efficiently and gave me helpful tips to keep our furnace performing at peak efficiency. We also received an estimate for a recommended package to replace parts that are starting to show wear so we can stay ahead of a. breakdown. Always great service from this team. Highly recommend!
