I give zero stars for this company, but had to click one star to post. I had a easy job to do, but they refused to even come out to take a look and quote the job. I guess they are making too much money already.

Absolutely TERRIBLE communication.
Everything at the beginning went smoothly - I was quoted a very good price on my job and received fast and clear responses. I scheduled an appointment for the services a couple weeks in advance. I followed up the day before the set appointment and got a sloppy response that they would "hopefully" be able to come. Whoever is replying to emails has horrible grammar skills and was almost undecipherable. I asked if someone could call me back asap to discuss my concerns and because the lack of understanding via email, and I was told NO, they would call tomorrow before they came to my house. I then asked if I could reschedule to a different day, preferably a Saturday when I could be at my house because I was feeling uneasy about the whole the whole thing. I then got a sloppy response saying NO, and that I should find a DIFFERENT COMPANY TO WORK WITH.
You're really going to tell a customer who is trying to schedule your services to go to a different company?! UNBELIEVABLE.

We were forced to use this business by our neighbors as they've been trying to illegally trim our trees. Other companies that they've had out have refused to do it, but US Tree Service had no issues about doing it.

I especially love that their staff said they only spoke Spanish until I spoke Spanish as well and then we had no issues communicating in either language.
