General Contractor reviews in Alsip, Illinois

I called JOE S with Triton construction after my roof decided to start a career as a water feature. These guys showed up fast. I swear they must’ve been lurking around my house like roof ninjas. They fix the leak and I felt like 10 minutes now my roof is so solid. I’m thinking of rented out as an emergency shelter for lost pigeons. If your roof is more of a swimming pool, then a shelter from rain do yourself a favor and call these guys. They’ll make your roof as reliable as your grandma‘s casserole

Triton construction did a great job helping me get my roof and siding done on my house. They took care of everything including dealing with my insurance company and getting it approved. Fernando and the whole construction crew did a beautiful job on the siding and roof.
Thank you so much for all of your help.

I am so grateful Mike West came to my door. He was thorough, professional, and he made things 100X easier than what I had anticipated. I've never had such an experience, from any company. My roof and siding are getting paid for through insurance because of MIKE! FREE! Thank you again, Mike, and thank you Triton Construction!!

James Mike and Silvia were great through the process. Helped and very communicative. Roof and flashing look great and professional

I would 1000% recommend Triton to everyone. Georgie, Sylvia and the whole crew were amazing and followed through with everything we asked for and needed. We couldn't be more pleased!

Triton construction was super easy to work with! Joe S was super helpful, professional, and friendly! He really took the time to understand what my family wanted, and communicated so efficiently. Im happy with how everything turned out!

I had my roof replaced with Triton after experiencing hail damage. James was amazing, explained everything. They worked with insurance, completely hands off for me. At times I was skeptical that it could be this effortless, but it truly was. My roof is beautiful. As stated by others, the crew was conscientious in cleaning up. Outcome with insurance was better than I could have hoped. Cannot recommend more highly!

Well, after a storm came through and turned my roof into something that looked like it belonged in a horror movie, I was definitely not looking forward to dealing with insurance. Enter Joe S. With triton construction, who swooped in like roof superheroes. They handled everything—talking to my insurance, paperwork, and somehow making all the stressful bits look easy. The crew was awesome too—polite, funny, and didn’t judge me for asking if my house was going to collapse any minute (it didn’t, thanks to them!). My roof looks great, and I’m still amazed at how quickly they turned this nightmare into a smooth, painless process. If you need roofing help—and a few laughs along the way—these are the people to call!

We had some storm damage to our roof and siding and James from Triton Construction worked directly with our insurance company to finalize the details of the claim on our behalf. We were able to get new siding and window wraps put on the house along with a new roof on the house and garage. Since Triton was doing the house siding, we also had them replace the siding on our garage so it would match the house. They were a pleasure to work with, explaining the process as we went along and answering all our questions. We would definitely work with them again!

I was extremely nervous with the whole insurance process and getting my roof done also with my home being a cedar roof it was a bigger project. Anthony, Joe, and James was with me every step of the way through the insurance process and put my anxiety at ease. They stuck by my side for 14 months to fight the insurance and go through the appraisal process. They handled everything from A-Z. When it came to the construction portion of the roof Silvia and Fernando was there making sure the project was going accordingly. The crew was absolutely amazing clean, efficient, and polite. Quite frankly I was ready to give up on the insurance paying but they ensured me not to give up and I am so happy I waiting and trusted this company. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to do this because how pleased I am with this company. If you are looking for a roofing company I recommend 10/10.

Carlos was very helpful and knowledgeable the whole time we were getting a new roof. Very pleased with the turn out.

I worked with James and Triton Construction to get my roof replaced. I was hesitant to go through my insurance because I was previously told it was a frustrating process. James worked with my insurance company directly and made the process so easy. The roof was completed when it said it was going to be done and there was no mess left behind. I have had bad experiences with companies in the past, but this time was different. Everyone at the company was great to work with. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Great communication and very professional. Georgie, Anthony and Sylvia were great to work with. They completed both roofs in 1 day and completely cleaned up after. I would recommend them to everyone!
