Had everything I needed simple and good customer service

Super helpful, great guys and willing to explain there products. Would refer them to anyone of my family members.

The guys there were able to get me a temporary fix when a 2” copper line broke. Got a 2” SharkBite fitting and a reducer so I can add a hose bib. Good work.

Just left the alton location. Service there is horrible sales associate wouldn't even look at the part I'm searching for. Treated me like I couldn't afford his time. I would certainly go to lowes or home depot for anything in the future. Very unprofessional.

The employees here are wonderful! In particular Shawn/Sean (sorry wasn't sure which one) is INCREDIBLE. This store didn't carry the part I needed. So even though he didnt make a sale, he gave me all the information I needed to find it. I could not appreciate him more if I tried. I will definitely recommend them to EVERYONE!!

Called several times over a week and a half and didn't pick up the phone once. Left a voicemail, 10 days later no call back.

Alittle pricey. They knocked down my neighbors telephone line and didn't bother to let them know. Just threw it in their driveway. Nor did they even call the telephone company. Made a mess filling in the trench where they laid the new water line coming into the house. Get in, get done as fast as possible and get out.

Billy & Struther did the plumbing in my basement & I haven’t had a problem at all. From start to finish they were informative and completed the job as expected it to be done. No mess needed cleaned up afterwards and always appreciative that we trusted them with the job.
