Austin was a fantastic service rep. He helped us navigate a situation with the city with a lot of professionalism and expertise. He was able to figure out the root cause of our high water bill quickly. Bonus: he was super sweet with our two year old.

James was Absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and down to earth. He was forthcoming and gave a great detailed explanation to my sewer line break and how we are going to fix it at a reasonable price. After just having a disappointing interaction with a previous plumbing company, Cardinal was a welcome relief. I am so glad I called them.

Employee Brendan was very professional, very polite, very knowledgeable, and they were very reasonably priced. They showed up did their work and cleaned up what little mess they had. ( cleaned my drain from a clog. So of course expected a mess from the drain snake.) I would highly recommend. They notify you when the plumber is coming and send a picture of who is actually showing up to your house.

Austin was informative and gave me multiple
options. Very friendly and finished the job quickly. I would recommend them for all you future plumbing needs. Not to mention they were $1,000 lowers than the “other guys.”

We thought we had a clog in the line so had them come out and checked it out. They said it might be a clog in the line. They said it will be $630. So they ran their line down the pipe. And it didn’t help. So $630 down the drain. I think if it don’t fix the problem, they should only charge half the price. The two guys that did the work I would give a 5 star.

This company was very professional and they took extra time to explain the process and gave me options. The friendliness and knowledge of the expert, and experienced plumbers really put my mind at ease. In the future, should I ever need a plumber I will only call on Cardinal Plumbing Co. I recommend them 100% and 5 stars just isn't enough.

UPDATE: My project has been completed and I am very happy with the work performed. Cardinal Plumbing scoped my cast iron pipe and found that most of the line had either collapsed or was constricted. Zac and his apprentice's saw cut and jackhammered my concrete floor, dug out the dirt and then installed a new floor drain, kitchenette sink drain (with clean out) and properly installed a new tub drain (replacing the previous drain pipe that was stuffed into a floor drain). They also replaced all of my cast iron drainage pipes and connections with PVC, installed a new cleanout in the main sewer/vent stack, and added venting to the floor drain, kitchenette sink and tub that was also previously non existing. Crew worked hard the entire time the were at my home. Communication was always clear and consistent. Thank you Zac and crew!

I was highly impressed with Cardinal Plumbing from the outset. Their new location on Humbert Road caught my eye, and their website was user-friendly and made it easy for me to schedule a service call. Within minutes, I received a response with the day, time, and technician details. I also received a text message on the day of service with the technician's name, photo and estimated arrival time, followed by a phone call to address any questions I may have had.

So far, I am pleased with the exceptional communication, professionalism, and expertise displayed by Cardinal Plumbing. Within 2 hours of the technician's visit, I received and accepted a more than fair estimate for the required work. I am confident that I am in capable hands and looking forward to working with them.

That peace of mind is invaluable, especially when the job involves cutting up concrete and replacing drainage pipes in a basement bathroom renovation (installed by a previous homeowner that wasn't remotely close to satisfying any plumbing codes). When you don't know how to do something, it's probably best to leave it to the professionals that do.

Had an urgent situation with my water heater late evening in the snow and temps below freezing. They were quick to come out and help resolve the issue. Super friendly and helpful! Will use this company again for any future situations! Highly recommend

Update…..
I asked for two things to be replaced. A ball valve and inlet valve to bathroom sink. 1000 bucks is absurd for what I wanted. Tech wanted to redo entire setup. That’s not what I asked for. I came home from work to fix the issue myself. Took about 10 min and 25 in parts. I don’t expect cheap labor. But come on now. I did not see my 68 service charge. I’ll send check in mail if I don’t see the charges on my card soon. I will never expect anything for free.

James arrived on time and was very knowledgeable in assessing a potential gas leak as well as a possible leak from a cast iron drain in a new home purchase. He took his time in checking over each area at different angles and in great detail. James answered all questions with great insight & knowledge, he was very personable and professional. I will definitely call Cardinal Plumbing for my future plumbing and HVAC needs and I highly recommend their experienced service technicians.

Insurance required a second bid, so glad I called Cardinal. They beat competitors price and did a better job than competitor had bid. Will definitely use again.

From meeting with James for our estimate to having Brendan doing the install all was very professional and explained everything that was done to us. James and Brendan did a great job. I will have Cardinal Plumbing back again if a plumber is needed.

We were lucky enough to have Nick Hill as our technician today. He was very nice and friendly. He was inquisitive about our problem and was very straightforward with us on how the process would go.

Excellent! The technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. There is great communication on the front end and you know exactly when your technician will arrive. Once they evaluate your situation, They present you with a number of options as to how to proceed. Above and beyond that they offer payment plans should you Require them. In this day and age when everything is more expensive, this is a great option. Can’t say enough good things about this company.

Jacob was great! He showed up exactly on time, introduced himself, and shook my hand which I appreciated. He gave me the price up front, then ran the auger from the front of my house to the street. He informed me of the steps he was taking, and helped me understand why he was doing each step. I was super impressed by Veronica answering the phone on the first ring when I called, and thankful she was able to schedule a time just a few hours after I called. I reached out to a different company first, but they never answered and still haven’t called me back.
I highly recommend this company.

Zac and Gabe did a great job. They answered all my questions. They were very professional in everything they did. It was a great price and a fast turnaround from the quote to completing the project. Everyone involved with the project was great and very professional. Gabe bled the air out of the lines. As part of the project, they replaced the old shut off valve in the basement with a new ball valve.
