I originally called wanting an estimate for a catch basin cleanup because the plumber I i usually work with demanded that I have my catch basin cleaned up before they would even come and address my original complaint which is a busted ejector pump in my basement. Luis proceeded to work right away on the obvious and immediate issue by replacing the ejector pump in about an hour since he had a spare pump handy. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I am leaving my old plumber for sure after the shady business they tried to pull. Will be coming back to rocket plumbing for future work.

I had a small leak in my kitchen sink that I discovered one night. Reached out to Rocket Plumbing and they were able to come out within 36 hours (was not an emergency). Luis quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and gave suggestions of how to prolong our plumbing while answering a bunch of questions I had. This is the second time I've used Rocket and have been happy both times and plan to use them for larger maintenance projects down the road.

I had a backed up pipe causing standing water in my shower and maintenance room. Rocket sent someone out within 2-3 hours of my call. Eric came out but was unable to clear the obstructed pipe. He put in a request for a larger piece of equipment and I scheduled another appointment the next day. Nick came out the next day and cleared the obstruction within 30 minutes of arrival. Overall, they were extremely timely, communicative, and transparent with the issues and costs involved. I was extremely happy with their service. On top, they offered a 30 day guarantee. Thanks!

I had a great experience with Luis who was professional and quick. I was thrilled that they were able to send him out the very next morning after I called. I’ll definitely be using them again!

Nicholas is amazing! He has helped with plumbing issues at both of our homes. Most recent was servicing our sewer line that had obstructions. He and Stephan also re-routed our gas line to have a key turn in our floor for our gas fireplace. Quick scheduling, quick responses, quick and efficient work. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Jeff from Rocket Plumbing was excellent! The water in our shower would not shut off. Jeff was knowledgeable, responsive, and was able to fix the issue quickly. Mike did a great job on my Hydro Jetting and ensured that both the sewer line to the house and all the way to the street were cleared. The estimate to service was very quick and thorough. Having the camera snake to investigate problems is a must. I would recommend Rocket Plumbing to family and friends.

Robert at Rocket Plumbing did an amazing job at troubleshooting a problem with our drain. He listened, asked good questions and provided a solution that was quicker and 90% more cost effective than another competitor. Very honest and responsive.

I am very happy with the service I received from service man Jose at Rocket Plumbing,
I had a visit the same day I called, Jose took photos of the old existing sump pump in my crawl space and explained the issues with corresponding photos.
A new sump pump was installed that day. He was very respectful of my home and pets (even when the cat joined him in the crawl space).
Highly recommended, would call Rocket again without hesitation.

Luis was friendly, transparent, and extremely helpful from the projects start to finish. He thoroughly went through our alternatives before the project, and walked us through the warranty and next steps upon the projects completion.
