Joel was very friendly and helpful. He thoroughly explained the process of locating the nest where the yellow jackets were, and what he would be doing to eradicate them. He then gave me further information, and said to call if anything else was needed. I will definitely use Chem Wise again if ever needed.

Unfortunately, our experience with Chem-wise was ultimately disappointing.

While the technician was polite and prompt during the visits, the pest issues we hired them for were never fully solved.

We recently contacted them about this recurring issue along with another one via email with no response. It's frustrating to feel like that in this day and age of at least an auto responder of 'we received your email and will get back to you' we heard nothing.

I called and left a message and waited a couple of hours but didn't get a return call. So, I decided we were done with Chem-Wise.

We were hoping for a more proactive and solution-oriented approach, but ultimately had to seek help elsewhere. I wish I had a better experience to share.

Clearly, others here have had better experiences. I hope yours is as well. For us, no more Chem-Wise.

Trovelle Musialek From Chem-Wise was awesome. He explained everything very clearly. Provided suggestions and also was able to find a dead mouse in the basement.

We've been using Chemwise for a number of years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our tech Devantè does a great job. Very pleased with their service. He did a terrific job of checking and treating our property. He answered all of my questions with clear, thorough, and easy to understand responses. It was easy to judge his recommendations and make decisions on best way to move forward.

This was an interior treatment for ants. The technician is always so helpful, informative and thorough! Your customer service is excellent. Thank you!!

Sent email that they would be spraying outside per my annual contract. Requested I be notified of arrival so garage could be opened for spraying. Home all day and no one showed nor called. Following day left vm message for ChemWise. No callback. This is the second time there was a no show. Had to schedule an appointment for service.
Not renewing contract. Too expensive for such bad service.

Chem-Wise is very responsive to any pest issue we have had. They are able to fit us into their schedule right away and their technicians are knowledgeable, confident, and friendly. We highly recommend.

We have used Chemwise for over 10 years now - they are always quick and efficient and extremely responsive if i call with a problem. Cannot recommend them enough. We use them for our annual service and as needed for any problems that come up.

Rico Bianchi my tech that did the inspection and the fist 2 treatments. Apparently Rico is no longer with your company and Joel Perez came today for my third treatment and let me know that the TV from the cubbyhole had to be removed which Rico never said anything after the inspection and 2 treatments. I have to get someone to get remove the TV for me since my hands don't work well at 72 yrs old with arthritis and ask for another treatment if I find anymore bed bugs. Very upset not knowing I had to have the TV removed and it as not listed that electronics had to b removed before the treatment. Joel did the treatment and we talk about watching for any signs of the bugs. Glad I have the 90 days to keep getting treatments. You may be hearing from me again soon.

Jim is incredible!! I've worked with other pest control guys before, none come close to how wonderful Jim is. He does such a thorough job, he really cares to make sure your home is well taken care of and protected! We're always so excited to see him! Since using him we've noticed a dramatic difference in all things bugs etc. I couldn't recommend Chem-wise and Jim enough! You will not regret using this place. Thank whoever referred you!

Scheduling with Chem-Wise was so easy. Angel, the tech, was very professional, pleasant and efficient. I feel so good about working with such a great company.

Chemwise is a great and affordable pest control company. Very sattisfied with our technician Devante he goes above and beyond to explain the proccess, and is very knowledgeable when it comes to critters around the house. We are very happy with this service, and look forward to continuing as customers for year to come.

Jim Streit was our technician and we cannot recommend him enough!!! Super friendly and knowledgeable and very thorough. He takes pride in his job and wants to ensure you get what you need. He far exceeds any other tech we have had through the years with several other companies and in different states. We will specifically ask for him for all future appointments!

Marty has been servicing my home for quite a while now, as I'm a long time customer. He has done a great job all along, whether it's only exterior treatment or work also needs to be done on the inside!
He is very patient and understanding when answering my questions and is thorough in both the explanations and the work he does around my home.

This was my first experience with Chem-wise. I set up the appointment to take care of spiders. The technician arrived on time. He was professional and courteous. (He did not state his name.) I asked him if he needed to check the inside because I thought I had read that was part of the initial visit. He said, no, that he would be spraying the perimeter, and that would take care of keeping bugs out of the inside as well. I live in a townhome and offered to show him where my unit ends. He assured me that was not necessary because your company does a lot of work in my neighborhood. However, I noticed he stopped spraying where my deck ends, so I went outside and explained my unit extends all the way to my neighbor's deck. He was accommodating, and went back and did the part he missed. I did ask him about mouse control because I do occasionally get mice in the garage. He was helpful in explaining the additional charge for that service.

As this was my first visit I can't comment on whether or not the service is effective.

We have been customers of Chem-Wise for several years and choose to renew our contract annually. They are quick to respond to our needs. Our technician, Jim, has educated us so that we can protect our home from unwanted pests. He is a bright spot in our day when he comes to service our property.
