Gabby is so sweet and does a wonderful job cleaning. The house always smells amazing once she’s done!

Paid for deep cleaning which was not performed. Unprofessional cleaner. Wet mopped the floor directly without even removing dust and debris from floor. Did not have the correct cleaning tools & supply. Cleaner left the trash bag outside neighbors door!! VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Owner used profanities and was very rude when brought to her attention. Horrible experience.

Worst service I ever had and it’s funny 10 years in business it was only one review my wife pushed one star for terrible service and in few hrs 4-5 good reviews shame on you NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE: P.S. to owner: it’s not a talk show I write my experience and service I had. I will say again shame on you what you telling is a lyes: your professional crew 15 years old girls, you don’t even know how many members in it; you telling 2 girls but it was 3 of them maybe that 3 one it’s illegal worker?😁 second they screw my hardwood floor with some chemicals, the 3 I added some pics from that ‘deep cleaning ‘ the 4, they worked less than 2hrs from 11:15 to 1pm. The 5. You send me invoice Sunday after 6 days 8:34pm and you got the payment next Busines day. I have everything documented with time dates etc. I have our conversation record. And finally regarding payment you asked me for 140 I send you 100$ And explained all those things and that I’m not going to pay for job that it’s not done. And I can add to all that that customer service 0 stars and owner is rude and lying person

I've had a great experience with this cleaning company. Several times I've had some rough days at work but when I got home at the end of the day to the clean house they provided, it brought tears of joy to my eyes. Highly recommend.

I have used this cleaning service for both a deep-clean and regular cleaning. I am very pleased with the team that I have been assigned, and the continuity of having the same people every other week is important to me. A pleasure to have in my home - very professional. Highly recommend!

1. Amateur cleaning service who used cheap cleaning products, did not have professional cleaners for surface cleaning and did not get vacuum cleaner.
2. Cleaner did not get vacuum cleaner with her. Instead drectly mopped on dirty dusty floors.
3. Used my kitchen rolls napkins without my knowlede.
4. Though baseboard cleaning involved in regular service, did not clean 90% base boards.
5. Shabby quality of cleaning service. Flooring with mop marks all over and dirt all over floor after their cleaning.
6. Cleaner left her garbage bag from her cleaning in front of neighbor's door.
7. Owner lacks customer skills, is very arrogant, uses expletives
8. Horrible experience with the service.
9. Not at all worth the steep charge paid; received lousy cleaning service and unprofessional customer service

Will not recommend this cleaning company to anybody. Previous ratings misled me and hence providing my genuine experience.

Better off with honest companies unlike this company.

I would not recommend! Made an appointment and I texted confirmation the day before. All was set. 1/2 hour before start time Zaneta canceled due to someone's sickness. Called another employee to clean...clean set to 1:00. Total no show and owner was unable to contact the employee to take over cleaning. Totally irresponsible and so unprofessional.

We are using this company on recurring services and we are very happy. Everything is spotless and clean. It's nice to come to clean home. We tried 2 teams and both are amazing. Highly recommend!

Zaneta came over by herself for our first visit to do her initial deep clean of our 2200 sq ft, 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home. She did an EXCELLENT job and had the whole place done in record time! When she was done, everything was so clean! My wife was also very pleased with they way the place looked and smelled when Zaneta was finished. She is going to be over again this Friday and we can’t wait! She came as highly recommended to us and lives up to her high marks!!

This is my first time using a cleaning service for my home. They did such an amazing job the first time, I now use this company biweekly for house cleanings and I couldn’t be happier! I usually end up getting somebody different each time, however, they have all done a fabulous job and I would recommend them to anyone!

Would never recommend them. Go with someone else if your time is important. She messed up my booking date the first time even though I messaged her a month in advance and weekly reminders. When the lady came, the cleaning was a half done job. I gave her another chance and she messed up my appointment again where she said someone will come tomorrow and that ended being 4 days of my time and giving reasons of her employees sickness and their kids getting sick etc and no one still showed up. can’t believe someone runs a business like this who doesn’t value their customers time. Really shocked.

I have used this service for a couple years now and have been very pleased with them. They are on time, very responsive and always do a good job cleaning. If there is a problem with scheduling, they always make it right with sending another team that accommodates my schedule. Great service and fair price! Highly recommended!

I have been using this cleaning service for over a year. I am thrilled and have always been extremely happy with the job done at my home. I have tried several cleaning services from large national companies to single individuals. I always had an issue of some type. I was beginning to think my obsessive nature was going to be an issue with having someone else clean my house. The owner is very pleasant and I usually have the same people at my house, but on occasion they have used a different crew, always with they same excellent quality and attention to detail.

They are flexible with changing schedules and are quite reasonable compared to what I have pad in the past. I have recommended them to my family.

We hired this team for a move-out clean on pretty short notice. They were AMAZING. First of all, they were very responsive. I couldn't have asked for better communication. Second, they had some scheduling conflicts (because sometimes things happen, and we did schedule short notice) but they still made it to clean our place for the move-out. Third, they sent pictures of every single room throughout the clean. The cleaning was beautiful and very thorough. I would highly recommend them for move-out cleans or routine cleaning. Very impressed with their professional work!

The service Happy Life provides is great! I look forward to my cleaning days. The ladies that clean for me are very friendly and always show up at my door with a smile. As they finish cleaning and walk out the door, they ask if everything meets my satisfaction, and it always does. The personal service is amazing!

I’ve used them twice now and am pleased with the quality of the cleanings that Tina has done. Reasonable prices too.

Update: In response to the owner's comment-She is very argumentative. No additional tasks were asked for. I was not even home for the majority of the cleaning. Beware of positive reviews as they are written by her staff members to try to hide her negative reviews.
I would not recommend this company. The owner quoted a price and then texts after the cleaning with a different price. They cancel appointments and show up late as well. The owner is argumentative and pushy as well. If you do use this company, I recommend asking for an itemized price list as each vent, fan, door, window and blind has it's own separate fee.
