All reviews for Guaranteed Mechanical

Walker did a great job! Was able to troubleshoot the issue with the AC not cooling quickly and fixed it! Yesterday was record breaking heat index of 105-110 degrees . We were cooled off in no time. I am posting on behalf of Fischer Building and Remodeling Inc.

Chandler came out the same day our AC went out when it was in the high 80's. Tony and his crew are the best at what they do and take great care of their customers. Highly recommend!

Just had our HVAC system checked out for the first time with technician Chandler.
Super impressed with his service and personality. Explained everything that he was doing and explained how everything works to my wife. She was very impressed with his personality and work ethic.
Will definitely ask for Chandler again for our next service call.
Great job Chandler!!!
Sincerely, The Cerny’s
