A Good Service Gone Bad! We have used outdoor service for a few years and never had any real issues. 2026 is a whole new ballgame.........3 strikes your OUT! Signed up for grass cutting in January 2026 and was assured we would be scheduled in the spring. It wasn't until the very end of April that we heard from All Illinois. By this time, our grass was extremely high. An employee was sent out to cut after numerous phone calls. He immediately complained to us that the grass was too high. Really?? He did a terrible job cutting and the owner Beto came out the following day to re-cut. The charge was $50.00, I gave him $65.00 because he had to come out again to fix the issue. The following week, I reached out and requested that the grass be cut again......no response. I reached out a second time and received a message stating "we are booked for the season and are not taking on new clients". I immediately replied......"I'm not a new client". No response from All Illinois. So here we are heading into the second week in May and we have NO service. Fortunately, our neighbor gave us his landscaper's name and we now have reliable service. This style of customer service is totally unacceptable! I would suggest the company change their name..........you can't handle the city of Aurora let alone all of Illinois. OIDOS AMIGOS!

We had a great experience with this landscaping company! The prices were reasonable, and the quality of work was excellent. He knew exactly what needed to be done and executed everything perfectly. We're very happy with the results and will definitely work with this company again. Highly recommend!
